So we started our son with Dr Flora at this location . This review is not on her . We have had about 7-8 sessions with this place . Everything seemed like it was going well . One day we receive a letter in regards to an appointment that was missed and that they were going to charge us a $130 “missed appointment fee” . When we called to let them know that we understood in the future the policy and that after all we have been through to dispute the charge they simply told us that it is policy and didn’t care or it wasn’t about the relationship and that is their policy . I asked to speak to the Dr that owned the practice . I let them know that it was just immoral and not ethical to do this especially since they would have made hundreds of dollars from us already and we had no intention of removing my son from therapy , also that I would dispute this charge . I got a call back saying that they would not charge me the fee but “based off my response that they would not longer treat my son “ . They ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY !! Why would they lose a patient , future revenues , and drop a 6 year old boy from therapy over $130 !?? We really believed they had good intentions now when I look at the situation allcthey are there for is money . Especially since we have had missed appotnemtns because doctors are sick and don’t get rescheduled and EVERY visit was NEVER on time always 15 minutes or more after scheduled time but you won’t get a refund for that !! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ARENT A BUSY PARENT OR WONT EVER MISS AN APPOINTMENT !! Just REALLY SAD !!
