Famous Footwear

I was looking for hiking shoes. Went to the Arnold, MO one 1st and found one that I liked. It was a web return and not my size. The wonderful sales lady, sorry I didn't get her name but she has an Associate number 272211 called the Fenton, MO store and they had one in a different color. It was on hold for me when I arrived. When I arrived Joe was a big help. Tried on the shoe which was not the color I wanted. But trying it on first to make sure it would fit right was a good choice. Told Joe I would like the darker one and he ordered it for me. A Big Thank You To Both Stores !

Great variety of shoes and the staff is very helpful. Especially Ashley who is not only gorgeous but a great help if you have any questions

Not that it's this specific stores fault.. but I ordered from their warehouse from this store. The shoes came in exactly a weeks time, however they were the wrong style.. and of course they were very popular shoes so they couldn't be re-ordered because they were out of stock. So now I'm driving all the way to another location 30+ min away to pick up the same shoes in the right style that should have originally been shipped to my home. Not a happy customer. I understand it's not this stores fault. But I highly suggest maybe having a talk with your warehouse workers/managers to make sure correct shoes are being shipped properly.

Your typical shoe store. The staff was nice but didn't offer any unique style or colors.
