I had an excellent time getting shoes for my son and myself . sylvia was helpful and awesome to talk with and made it a comfortable and fun experience for my 11 yr old son..thank you!

Shoes looked nice but not a single employee spoke to me and I walked around for awhile. I even spoke to another wanting to be customer for a little bit as well and they to had been waiting. All I wanted was help because my feet are killing me standing for 14hours at work while pregnant.

Greeted immediately upon entering the store and I was asked if I needed assistance at all...didn't know i had a $10 credit towards my purchase so I was pretty stoked that their rewards program really is useful!

I went in with a printout of the shoe I wanted. The young woman that helped me knew where it was. Took a couple boxes to get the right size and I was out in less than 10 minutes. So glad they had the work shoe I needed because I start a new job tomorrow.

I like buying shoes here, but the associates working there are horrible at customer service. This is definitely not the first time I have had bad interaction. If you don't like working with people? You should not work retail?
