I'd definitely recommend this place especially because their customer service is fantastic.. I brought my 16 year old son there to find size 14 shoes Fred Meyers/Walmart do not carry sizes that big Anyways, the young lady helping was very nice, very helpful - took her time to help us find the right pair of shoes. Fantastic customer service and a large selection of shoes to choose from.

Employees are friendly but a little over-eager to help you... not that that's necessarily a bad thing!! They have a nice selection of shoes in stock and the store is tidy and clean.

Lots of options. Your Muldoon store feels like the devil's sauna, though. Get some a/c for your employees!

One of the staff didn't ask what I needed. She just pointed like, they are all there, when clearly I needed help to find a size 9. I had just bought a different shoe 9.5 size but was a little bigger for me. Instead of listening what I wanted to ask, she just dismissed me and was like it's all there. Definitely not going back there. I only gave a one star coz the cashier was nice, otherwise would've been zero

Friendly and knowledgeable staff at this location. The selection here is better than other locations that I've visited. This is Alaska, so the prices even clearance here sometimes higher than other retailers. I don't frequent this retailer enough to know how fast the inventory cycles, but the staff assures me that they sell stock quickly. The rewards program is worth the hassle if you purchase many shoes & often.

Great place. Good customer service. They were really nice and helpful when I couldn't find the right size shoe for my toddler. Really helped me with finding the right things to go with their sales. would have walked out paying the same amount of money for half the items but she really made sure I was set. Will be returning

The staff were excellent! They helped me with getting my children's feet measured and also entertained my two year old while I tried on shoes. They were extremely helpful with my purchases. They were a great team!
