Famous Footwear

Terrible place. So dirty, it seems like it wouldn't pass code. All of the staff were talking about their girlfriends body. . My nana and I went to the register and waited around 1-2 minutes for the guy AT THE REGISTER to get off from his phone call Not only did it take that long, but he lifted his finger up as to tell us to wait a minute. He was talking about his lost glasses. Also, he dis not want to talk to us at all, super quiet when telling us what to press, and right after he gave us the receipt he went back on his phone. Lastly, this is a photo what part of the store looked like. They need to just close down until they find better service and leadership. Again, terrible.

Noon on a Sunday. Nobody wants to work Went to the one off Stinson I think it is and they told me this famous footwear doesn't have enough employees for the weekend. Just a FYI don't waste your time.

We all know customer service is on the decline. But wow!! I walked in, with 15 min to spare, just to do a return and they were audibly complaining about people coming in. Mind you the store is still open, even if for 15 min. My partner was walking in and they said “ I guess we have to let this mfkr in”. As they unlocked the door they had prematurely locked in the first place. I get it, it’s the end of their day but I will never go to this location again. My daughter needed a pair of shoes for school and I just wanted to check for a pair of shoes quick and do a return. They’d be better off just closing the store until they can get better employees. Do better famous footwear.

Fine. Low prices good!. Disorganizedcramped store not so good. But also could be due to labor shortage, or the desire to have a large selection in a smaller area than some other locations

I wouldn’t recommend shopping here. Especially if you’re placing an online order. They canceled mine without sending an email notification and I had no idea until I called them. I’d give them a 0/5 stars if I could.

Employee showing up late, says it's going to be awhile before he opens the door, it's almost 15min after it's supposed to be open. Watching people knocking and leaving. First and last time I ever come here. 10:31 and still not open but playing on his phone is more important.

They are closed. Its monday at 1:18 pm on 9/19/2022. I just went to the one in maplewood and they closed after 12pm d/t staffing. FF needs to change their hours on google to reflect when they are closed! I just talked to another customer in the parkinglot and we are just trying to find one thats open...

They had what I was looking for and I found it easily when I walked in the store and I felt I paid a fair price for what I got I was there for hats, not shoes. But you HAVE to enter through the mall entrance. The door handles on the external entrance are broken which is where pretty much everyone walks up to and the door was locked when we got there. They did have signs up on the door saying you have to enter through the mall but I didn't notice them at first and the two or three people that came after me didn't either. I mean stuff happens I guess but they need to fix their storefront. It's not a good look and an inconvenience to customers, though yes a minor inconvenience.

Okay, now I remember why I've always hated shopping at Famous Footwear even when I was a kid. Excuse me for having big feet! Guess what FF? Even models have big feet! Most of them wear a size ten or larger. I wear an 10 1/2 to size 11 depending on the shoe. So frustrating. And to have the cashier look at you like you've interrupted her day. Look lady it's your job to provide customer service. Never mind. I'm done. Thank you very much. Have a nice day. Enter at your own risk if you happen to wear a size above a nine.

We were greeted by the employees right as we entered the store. We found shoes my son wanted right away. The shoes were fairly priced. When we were done the employee that checked us out looked up my loyalty card info which was done quick. There was a large amount of shoes. The weird thing is that this Famous Footwear seems not to have as much wide shoes.
