Foot Locker

Store was busy with customers and the workers were on the floor except for two people chilling on the phone at the registers . I was trying to talk to the tall skinny girl Layna or Lana and she was super unprofessional and rude ! She was on her phone the whole time pretending not to see me when my husband and I were standing right in front of her. I see different customers just standing around and they end up leaving because everyone is having a meeting at the registers on their phone. I was going to talk to the store manager who you can see running from one side to the other trying to pick up the job that all these kids couldn’t. Embarrassing . Previous store manager Ashley was lazy and now they have a young man running the store with some immature kids who don’t care about their job. This girl is disrespectful and should be fired. A whole kid at the front register ignoring customers like if she hates her job. Wow !

This location in particular has always had younger teens/adults working here . Which in most cases results in no customer service and people in no uniform sitting behind the counter. I asked for a shoe size and before the girl could go check for my size she had to dance and flirt with the guy no uniform on behind the counter. We walked to the 3 of the employees having a loud conversation and laughing…. Not acknowledging us one bit. This locations management needs an immediate upgrade .

Came in on Tuesday with my kids to get shoes, immediately got “greeted” by a rude tall girl at the front didn’t say hi or offer help. She was on her phone call while working laughing and saying “no ni**a” around MY kids and walking in circles avoiding us ‍ Other female associate was on the phone sitting on the floor towards the back equally ignoring us. We went to champs instead

Y’all let me tell you this place always have the best shoes and keeps up with the latest trends. Plus the manager Ashli is FIRE!!! She helped me find the perfect shoe for my needs and was so professional and answered all my questions. Y’all keep up the great work

Ashli was super nice and helped a lot and she bonds a lot and she made shopping better and that was one of the best shoe shopping experiences I have had.

They were rude, wouldnt help my husband with anything. According to them they didnt have a pair of any shoe he wanted to try on. We wont try to shop there again we went next door to journeys, they had excellent service and i even ended up getting a pair of shoes plus we tipped the sales lady. I will never set foot into a footlocker again.

Bought my father some shoes from this store for fathers day an he could not fit a size 11 so my mom took them back they supposedly order a size 11_1/2 . It is July 11 , 2020 the manager called and she said they don’t have a tracking number for the order they not picking up phone where the shoes supposedly be at. Just inconvenient customer service. She act like she don’t really care sooo I hate this place as of today ! And yes the shoes was paid for now I gotta figure something else out for my father .

If you aren't of the desired demographic then do not go there. The staff just congregate behind the register..seriously like 6 people in the striped shirts just standing behind the register and watching people look at shoes.

I went in today the customer service WAS BEYOND EXCELLENT , Zaria and the manager Ashley was very professional, helpful would highly recommend this store

Absolute best shopping experience with my Mom who has dementia. I believe the associate's name is Diamond. She was professional, patient, helpful and willing to assist in the fitting and shopping experience. A sincere thanks from my family to her!
