David's Bridal

At first, I was hesitant to go to David’s bridal because I wanted the “bridal shop experience” and wanted a unique dress, not a stock one. I tried 2 other stores, but I didn’t really get the experience I expected, I think mostly due to my size and budget. At the time of dress shopping I didn’t fit in most of the sizes the boutiques carried so it was hard to get a true judge of how a dress would look, since they didn’t really zip. David’s bridal carries each dress in 3 sizes so you can actually zip them and not feel bad about yourself. I also realized they carried similar dresses to what I wanted but at a much cheaper rate! I decided I didn’t care if other brides had the same dress as me, I just wanted to feel beautiful. As for that “bridal shop experience” I actually loved the Roseville location! They are completely remodeled and staff there are great! I had so much more fun here than the other stores. We went late on a weekday and it was the best because we were the only ones in the store, so it felt really personal. The only downside was when I was deciding on a dress, the sample size fit me perfectly, so they told me to order that size and I did. What no one thought about was how the samples are super stretched out so when my dress came it was very tight and I couldn’t breath in it. Luckily this pushed me to lose weight so all in all I was okay! I also did an accessory appointment with them where I tried on my dress then tried on jewelry shoes and veils to see what I liked! I ended up buying my veil, shoes and belt from them as well!

We went to David’s Bridal this weekend and it was a wonderful experience! All the staff members where helpful and very nice! Rachel was awesome and helped me pick out the perfect dress! I recommend this location and I am very happy! They have a good selection and a great sale section

Great service and selection of dresses! I came with a large group and my consultant, Shannon, was wonderful in fielding their questions and keeping the focus on what I wanted. She went above and beyond to ensure my dress choice was a perfect match, even grabbing bridesmaids dresses in my colors to envision how it would look with my dress. Then Shannon recommended I sign up for diamond rewards, which gave me a percentage off my dress purchase and future accessories! I had an incredible experience and will be back with my bridesmaids for their dresses!

I went to this location after a long day of last minute dress shopping for a military ball. Selection was good but sizing was a little tricky for me. That being said, Alex made my shopping experience great by checking the floor and other locations for sizing options for me. She also gave me her personal opinion on dresses I tried on and made me feel so comfortable and beautiful. I ended up leaving with a dress I felt great in and was super pleased with my shopping and service experience. Alex even shared my excitement when I found a dress that worked for me. Super sweet girl Will definitely be coming back.

I have had the best experience with Davids Bridal Roseville and I'm happy to give them a 5 star review. Admittedly I didn't have high expectations going in, but from our very first appointment until the final fitting today I have been repeatedly impressed. I'm in a wedding soon and have purchased several dresses over the last few months, and with each store visit the staff was respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was especially impressed with the clerk whose name I unfortunately can't remember who took the time and care to keep private all our measurements and even asked if we wanted to see the numbers or if we wanted her to keep that info under wraps. She asked for permission before she started measuring, and gave a heads up before her hands touched our bodies. I am so deeply grateful for her respect for personal space and body-conscious awareness. It was a good example to set for my daughters too. We had to return a few items, I changed appointment times, I walked in a few times without an appointment, etc. and every single time I was met with a smile and was accommodated. From the front of house staff to the alterations department to the online service staff - everyone was fantastic. Keep up the good work DB, and we will certainly recommend you to others who are looking to buy!

When I went to David Bridals, I had the best experience ever!! Ladonna made a mothers shopping experience for a prom dress the best ever. She was courteous, jovial, and knowledge. I will always encourage my friend and family go to the David Bridals in Roseville.

I had such a wonderful experience with Olivia. She really took my wants and needs into consideration and helped me find the perfect dress! She was so kind and thoughtful and talked me through pricing too! She had just the right touch, there when we had questions and needed help and not overbearing, so that I could share this experience with my mom and my best friend in a nice and quiet setting. We even talked about my fiancé and looked through engagement pictures together! I can tell she truly loves her job! Thanks Olivia!

I need to share the great experience we had with Lisa today. My friend had a second appointment to revisit some wedding dresses. When we arrived, Lisa greeted us and warned that they were shorthanded due to a few call-ins. Even though they only had 2-3 people on staff and the store was really busy, Lisa juggled everyone's appointments well and made my friend feel cared for. She was honest with complimentary feedback when my friend showed her a dress from a competitor. The fact that she prioritized helping her clients find The One over getting them to pick a dress at David's Bridal really impressed us. She explained specific details about the dresses that showed her expertise. This woman deserves to be recognized for her great service and energy!

Incredible customer-service from kind and detailed staff. Bright, and lots of mirrors! Consultant OLIVIA was a star. She was down to earth, offered honest not sales-y feedback and was extremely patient as I weighed different dress options. Very easy to talk to. She also did a great job balancing helping me get started while finishing-up another appointment at the same time. LISA store manager I believe I overheard offering encouraging and positive comments to customers during two different visits. She is very knowledgeable. Stylist KATHERINE also helped with my first dress try-on visit. She was efficient and nice, and offered creative ideas for making a dress ‘your own’. I have been to multiple David’s Bridal locations in the Twin Cities and the staff here are my favorite. I also felt like the space was larger and felt newer/cleaner/brighter than the Richfield and Maple Grove locations. Tip: Come on a weekday, early afternoon - it offers a more personal and calm experience!

Claire was soooooo amazing, worked so hard to help us find the perfect dress for my little sister!! She's so sweet and really listens to the bride and you can tell she truly cares. 500 stars out of 5!!!!
