Famous Footwear

A store associate I should have asked him his name came up to me and asked if I needed help. There is nothing wrong with that as he is hired to help customers find the product they need.The problem is he just stood by the corner and pretended as if he was organizing shoe boxes. I was paying attention if he was also asking other customers if they needed help, but he never did. I understand that store workers should be vigilant to minimize loss through theft. But his action was a text book example of profiling. I'm not sure if he is trained to do exactly that or he just decided to apply his personal biases at his work place. I will probably go again and see what's exactly happening in that store.

Place was almost completely empty, literally had way more empty shelves than stocked shelves. Never seen anything like it. Two rows of shoes for men.

I used to shop here with my kids before. Buy one and 50%off for 2nd but it was terrible of my last shopped when a guy working there asked my wife ID for buying shoes. I have no idea why she needs to show her ID to purchased shoes, it is not even a drug store and never gave us discount for buying 3 pairs of shoes at all. Never going again.

I called to reserve a pair of shoes yesterday. They reserved it for today, Easter. I go in to pick it up and they're closed. I don't know why they didn't tell me they would be closed today or even bother to tell me they would hold the shoes for today if they aren't even open for business.

Good shoes at discount prices. They had a pretty big selection for boys/men. The staff left us alone until we asked for help. I appreciated that.

Sales man that assisted us was FANTASTIC! I wish I would have gotten his name! Best experience I have had at a famous footwear!

Good selection, fair prices. The store personnel were friendly and available. The only thing is that you kind of have to look for the store. It's not readily visible from the main street.

Good selection of shoes for the kids! In and out in less than 45 min and wasn't overly busy
