The salesman that helped me was extremely patient, friendly and helpful. I found the prices to be very competitive. Brands included Puma, Addidas, Ugg’s, New Balance, Vans and I’m sure there are others. Purchase process was fast and easy.

Worst behavior from a retail staff probably ever. Condescending, couldn't be bothered, eating while on the floor and two of them rolled their eyes directly at me while explaining total made up bs of the textiles in the shoe. Vans itself would be horrified to know these humans are representing Vans.

I had mental breakdown in the mall so I saw some chairs in journeys so I went to go sit down and calm down because I thought it was a chill store. One of the workers yelled at me across the store. I couldn't speak because I have selective mutism it's a part of my autism and because I was having a mental breakdown. So I just decided to walk out of the store and as I was walking out of the store the worker who yelled at me was making fun of me to her other worker and this store made me feel worse. I'm not going to this store anymore unless they get new workers.

I went here on Friday because I got an email saying that some Vans were on sale starting at $39 .99. When I got there they had the shoes that were on the website but they didn't have the sale sign on the shoes and when I asked him about the sale he had no idea about the sale and didnt know it was going on. He said if it's on sale on the website and they have it at the store I can get the shoe. They had the shoe that I saw on the website and that's why I went to that store in the first place but the point is that the person working there didnt know anything and lied and said the shoe i wanted it was different from what i was trying to get online. So i order the shoe online and come to find out it was the exact same shoe that i tried on at this journeys that the guy said they werent the right ones.

Walked in knowing exactly what I wanted to buy, stood there for 10+ minutes watching an employee lean up against the counter and talking to her friend. Took my business to Zumiez and got a better shoe and a better deal anyways.

Great store for Converse, with knowlegable and friendly staff. Love the wide selection and wireless payment support. Quiet location on the second floor of the mall. Five stars for excellent service.

Great selection of converse shoes. Some of the styles aren't even sold at the converse store in Eagan. The employees are helpful and nice.
