Great experience here! I bought a fantastic, boutique coffee table set for a very reasonable price. They gave me a discount, considering it was the last one and the floor model with some minor scratches. They even included an extra piece that I wasn't aware of as part of the set! The service was also non-intrusive, so I could browse at my leisure without some sales man yelling in my ear like down the street. Overall, they had a great, unique selection of furniture and accent art pieces, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to spruce up their home.

Very poor quality furniture. Leg came off the bed frame.

Sales person send floor damaged display to my house and charged full price for it. Took a week going back and forth to the store so they could fix my contract. Sales person said I agreed, but that was not true. I waited 2and a half week for delivery. On delivery day they told me that they didn't have those refrigerators no more. I didn't let them in my house with a damaged refrigerator. Other customers have had same issues. I didn't find out until I told people what happened. Make sure you check your merchandise before they unload from delivery truck.

Experience at FAMSA was great, my parents are customers and have also had great service. First time for myself buying here and the experience was great! Ms Yajaira was the one who helped me through the credit and buying process. Very helpful and has kept in contact with me regarding my order status. Will recommend to anyone! Very nice and welcoming individuals here. Keep up the great work!

Good afternoon my people, the people who plan to go to that store please think about it a million times, I went 3 weeks ago to buy a washing machine and dryer, despite the fact that friends said do not go, I went, MINE VERY BAD DECISION !!!, They told me that in a week they would deliver it to me for sure, that they called me, they never called me I called them after the week, they told me that in a few days they would take the merchandise to me, when they left to arrive they were late two hours, and to top it all they wanted to leave me the ones they had in the sample store, no that's not the deal I gave them. They take it away and I want them new, another week later, new ones finally arrive in boxes, but those who went to leave they didn't even know what they were doing, they couldn't handle the machines, pure complaint that they were heavy, they scratched the wall of the staircase, they knocked down 2 pictures that they broke, they connected the machines wrong, they threw water on the floor of the laundry, one of them got off and without asking permission went to my garage and I grabbed a mop and started to dry, it made it worse, and to top it off they left them unbalanced and moved when I put them to wash and the man told me that it was not his job and he left, I talked to the store and the managare said that they have to do but until now neither a call nor anything does not buy in Fansa del45n and Litlle York, the seller lowers the moon and the stars but nothing of what he says is not true, DO NOT BUY IN FAMSA NOOOO PESIMO SERVICIO, THAT'S WHY THEY DON'T SELL TO LIE TO PEOPLE

So I was so satisfied with Famsa when we got our living room and dryer back in 10/ 2019 or so. Now I'm upset as my dryer is not working..today the tech went out to check it again and states that the dryer is perfectly fine and that it is our light socket. So we actually had a electrician come out and stated that the socket is perfectly fine and that nothing is wrong with it and we had to pay for that while paying for the dryer that we cannot use! The customer service is horrible..spoke with 3 reps and the 3rd rep they were going to supposedly transfer me. To the Supervisor..LIE.. it was another rep! They don't want to fix the dryer or replace it. Worst experience..will definitely won't be sending anybody to them or purchasing anything either. I regret having my friends go there for a loan! HORRIBLE!

I visited the store when they were hosting an event for families in Houston who were victims of Hurricane Harvey. They gifted furniture and housewares to families who lost everything. It was an amazing experience. I highly recommend supporting great companies like this who give back in their communities.

Great and amazing furniture I purchased my bedroom set every day feeling like in the sky’s the mattress is really comfortable and the manager and assistant Mr. PEDRO was very good customer service. All my family and friends shopping here
