Bad experience purchasing bedroom sets. We purchased it because it's a family business, but we regret doing it. They need better customer service. One of our kid bed was not fully assembled, and it had damage because of it, we contacted the furniture, and they didn't want to cover the damage. Also, it took almost one month and a half to get the full items. Make sure they have the items on stock and the assembly it full complete.
I never thought I would be comfortable enough to purchase furniture online because I like to touch and feel the product, but Supreme Furniture and Mattress made the experience very easy to maneuver through. Daniel was very patient and professional. Since this was an online purchase I needed lots of pictures and I had a ton of questions. I never felt rushed or pressured. Also, I was very surprised that during this COVID time, where so many items are on backorder or out of stock, Supreme still had a large selection of available inventory to choose from. Their prices were very competitive as well. Thanks for making this such a seamless and enjoyable experience. I am one happy customer!
Supreme Mattress and furniture is truly a great find, a hidden gem one might say. I am the most pickiest person you could ever come across and Daniel was still able to help me find everything I needed/wanted for my entire bedroom. He was able to get everything in the price range I gave even with an additional piece I introduced at the last minute. He was very sweet, kind, and EXTREMELY patient.
the sale person was Great. he Got me to layaway a mattress. Later I decided I wanted to look around for a better price on a Matt. Don't go here.. Cant get your money back, only store credit.. look around first. this is a money pit.
Father went to buy a twin mattress and after a month of using it, the middle started to cave in. Springs were so loose. So he decided to take it up there to store to get it fixed or replaced. Owner of store told my father nothing he can do but to take it to the store by I-10 and 610 west to get it fixed. So when you buy a mattress be aware of the consequences when it gets ruined within a month. This guy just wants your money and could careless about customer service. Never again will he buy from this cheap quality place. Save your money and go to well known mattress store.
I love the furniture and the prices are awesome and Daniel was very polite and I will be returning whenever I need some more furniture. If you haven’t been by there you need to go. Their awesome
Today I went to the store got me a beautiful table set and everyone there was very nice and got me approved fast and I left with my table same day if you are looking to get any furniture go there amazing place to go to thank you very much for everything...
I really like this place I've gotten a living room set and a queen size mattress set which I loved and now I got a new bedroom set king size with mattress set that I hate I asked for firm and he said that's a firm set I'm like no and the bedroom room set which was delivered was the wrong one but I decided to keep it it actually was better than the one I chose but overall the salesperson Daniel he's pretty kool
