***I just posted pictures of the 4 fans I bought and had installed by Eric and Chris and I couldn't be Happier with the result, my house is already cooler-- Thank you for all your hard work and service. I'll DEFINITELY be coming back to purchase fans for the rest of my rooms*** Updated 5/1/2020. I went here yesterday just to check their inventory and prices..Steve was AWESOME with his knowledge and explanation of how to pick out a fan.. even though he had to assist other customers he ALWAYS came back to see if I had questions.. he took the time to draft a plan for my needs and gave me the space to make a decision..after I slept on my choices I'm going back to "seal the deal"..Folks you get what you pay for and if that means buying a higher priced fan that will last.. there ya have it
Has a huge selection ceiling fans half price off and some are buy one get one free with free installation nice. Jim thanks for the $1,200 in fans
My wife bought two expensive fans from this company. They would not work in our home because it’s a older home and could not support the weight of the new style fans. She also bought 4 remote controls for $50 apiece. I found the remote controls on Amazon for $37. I took the fans back for a refund and the person that helped me his name was Weston, he is a superstar. Excellent customer service gave me my credit got me in and out of the store and credited us the difference between the Amazon price and their price. So, then I purchased a fan that would work, that was lighter and our home could support. Great shopping experience for a person that’s a pain in the butt to service. Thank you Weston for doing an excellent job you should be commended and compensated for excellent work.
This location has such amazing customer service!! The guys there walked me through the differences between the fans by explaining to me how they work and how the parts are different on various fans. So just like anything else you get better quality if you pay more. What surprised me was that I kinda felt as though maybe I'd fallen for a salesman "trick" because I bought 4 cheaper fans and one of the expensive ones. On the expensive one I just kept thinking about returning it. But I decided to install it first and couldn't believe it. This fan cools the whole room and I can't even run it on high speed because it's just too much air!! The salesman there, Jim, had told me that it was a powerful fan but I thought he was just trying to make it sound good. The best part is that fan uses 80% less energy when it's on so basically the more I use it the more value it has. I'm blown away!!! I was wrong. This place sells really quality stuff and their staff is amazing ... friendly and very educated about their products.
Great customer service and very knowledgeable of their products. Daniel, Chad and Weston were very helpful in providing the right choices for our lighting and fan needs. Big thanks to Daniel for his patience putting up with us. I highly recommend them.
***BUYER BEWARE*** Consider this a public service announcement of a bad company ripping off residents of Las Vegas. Do not come here and purchase a fan or fixture. I purchased a fan on Saturday, had it installed by an electrician on Sunday and the fan did not operate. I called the Fanco management and explained that the fan did not work and I wanted to return or exchange it for an operable fan. They refused the return stating that I would have to speak with the manufacturer and once I left the store with the fan, it was no longer their problem. Keeping the story short, the manager threatened legal action against me when I told him that I would be contacting my credit card company to get the fan credited. I brought the fan back on Monday and there was no manager there, so I was able to return the fan for "diagnostics." I never heard from Fanco again until I received a threatening letter in the mail. To date, I have no fan and Fanco threatening to send me to collections and fighting the dispute with my credit card. They have the product and my money and are now literally trying to scam me out of $625. Steer clear of this place and go buy from a reputable business that is willing to back their products.
I bought a fan for over $800.00 in May. I also paid for it to be installed. From day one it's made a clinking noise. I called and was told to bring the fan in as they hire another party for installs. I explained that I could not do this and that because of the warranty and I used the installer they sent, that they should take care of this. I was told they would not send anyone and if it needed to be looked at, I would have to pay for that. I saw where the president of the company in the past, asked other customers to write him to see if he could help, so I did that. I have not received a reply after waiting two weeks. If I hear from the company and there is any willingness to help, I will revise this review. Thank you.
I would advise people to stay away from Fanco. The local ads show fans at a certain reasonable/average price and the deal is buy one the second is free. When you get to the store those advertised fans are close to garbage and they sell you whatever they like with no second one free...The Eastern store has a person who unfortunately is the manager by the name of Jill. She is abrasive, rude, pushy, arrogant and makes you visit to the store quite unforgettable. She sound like she invented the fans. I am a senior citizen with a college degree and have owned businesses in the past. Nowadays, after loosing my husband to a catastrophic illness I find myself for the first time in my life with a very small budget. Ms.Jill made me feel like an idiot, a very poor idiot. You might as well replace her with a pit bull -although I like pit bulls... There is although a reason for which .I continue with my purchase at Fanco: Clin Randall. He is knowledgeable, kind, respectful and a very warm, very nice, very kind person. You are lucky to have him. I feel sorry for Clint who has to work with such a creepy person. He deserves better. He deserves to work for a better company with good people. I will need a couple of fans and some light fixtures in the future but guess where I will not be shopping for them? Yeah, you are right: I will not be going to Fanco ever again and will discourage people from doing so. Thank you for listening.
Rude Manager! Immediately when she answered the phone I knew she was unprofessional! My husband went to this established to purchase a fan for our home and when he walked out of his vehicle, he saw a woman and man outside smoking. When they saw my husband who is African American, both went inside locked and closed the door in his face. He asked if they were open. The woman turned around looked his way and then proceeded to walk in the back of the store. This was completely racist and unacceptable. My husband is a paying customer, but now he will no longer be coming to your store because of the way he was treated. I called to report this incident, and the manager stated, well there are two doors, so some customers might be getting confused as to where the entrance is. BS! If that was the case why not go around to the "so called" second door and direct my husband to the main entrance? Does this really make since? We have a luxury vehicle, nice home and well paying careers. They don't deserve our business, due to their rude behavior and racist stereotypes. Avoid this place like the plague! especially if your a minority!
Disappointed that they will refuse service if a customer does not want to wear a mask. It’s certainly their right to make that policy, and it’s certainly my right to shop elsewhere. Looked like an awesome place to shop, but I will not wear a mask to shop.
