Got some more clothes here, it was a nice trip and it's cheaper than Walmart. The cashiers and workers were all kind as well, and the place was wheelchair accessible, including the fitting rooms.
Went into Ross for a little "me" shopping for Christmas. The store was not as crowded as I expected and once I got in line, it moved quickly. I was able to find great deals on Nike and Adidas gear. I love finding name brand items at amazing prices! Thanks Ross!
The manager Tasha was SO RUDE to me. she has gnarly attitude and gave me grief when I wanted to view some thing in the showcase… When I said I wanted to purchase it she said I would have to buy it immediately because she would not hold the item for me. I refuse to check out with her and have other people go in front of me… I happen to overhear her talking badly about a customer who wanted to return some thing in front of the other customer she was helping. She should not be a manager and she has zero customer service skills! I will not be returning to this Ross because of her! I highly recommend that she reads The Customer Rules by Lee Cockerell immediately as she has some serious customer service skills to brush up on. If you go into this Ross, DO NOT INTERACT WITH HER. She ruined my entire shopping experience which is usually pleasant when shopping in most Ross stores.
I love this store and I come often, but today I had an unpleasant experience that OF COURSE I am going to leave here saved. Manager TASHA on duty…. A TOTALLY UNPLEASANT PERSON. Not suitable for this shift manager role. I asked her a simple question about an article and it wasn't just the answer but the disgusting attitude and face of her giving me the answer. She was even at one of the two cash registers doing check out and when I approached, she stopped receiving customers just so she wouldn't attend to me. A TOTALLY ANTI-PROFESSIONAL PERSON. YOU GUYS IN CORPORATE OFFICES SHOULD INVESTIGATE THEIR ATTITUDE WITH CLIENTS… all I say
Date of Visit: 8/17/2018 OVERVIEW - 4.5 Came here as we had originally came to go shopping at the Dollar Tree, and I was in need of a swimsuit for my vacation in Las Vegas. LOCATION - 5 Honestly I don't know Las Vegas rather well and it was Google Maps that brought me here, but it looks like it is a nice location with lots of other stores, so I bet shopping traffic is pretty good. PRICE - 5 I was able to find a nice swimsuit for $9.99, so I can't complain. PRODUCT/SERVICE - 5 The swimsuit I purchased looked like it was originally designed for a seven year old but was made for an adult. It is a dark navy blue with a popsicle design with the base being blue, the center white and the tip of the popsicle being red. It looks childish, but I don't care, I'm vacation. POINTERS/PERKS - N/A None that I can think of. EMPLOYEES - 3 This is a bit of a mixed category for me. As we walked in the Loss Prevention guy greeted us which I liked. He was standing next to an enormous Skull prop for Halloween, I made a comment on how awesome it was, then he stated if I guessed the correct price he'd give it to me for free, then quickly inserted as a disclaimer he really couldn't. I enjoyed the playful nature. The thing that I was bothered by is as we were checking out, I heard one of the employees going through a closing checklist then stated, rather loudly that it was the first night the cashier would be closing by herself... Seems a little unsafe to say that within earshot of the customers...
Ross is a good place in general for shopping and more often than not I find a desired outfit , however this Ross in particular lacks inventory for some reason. I always go there the beginning of the week for shopping when reportedly a new inventory is available. The staff always cheerful and helpful.
Great to find art and decor that's cheap and nice. Also get accent pillows here if it's nice. We use it to stage condos for rent
I like Ross! Although sometimes there is a need to FIFO. First in First Out Rotate some of those items! We shouldn't see the same old items week to week or your competition will beat you out!
I like the location. Store was clean good customer service. I give them a two star because one of the cashier left a tag in the shoe. When we got home my son put the shoes on and stepped right into it. Not sure what to do call corporate or the store them self or ask for store for store credit I felt so bad for my son the pain he was in and still can’t walk on it. And he had to take time out of school and his wrestling practice.
It was clean courteous. Just not that many items on the shelves other than that pleasant visit
