Unprofessional! even before covid they will not let customers use the bathroom even after you drink the water they offer they will tell you to go to the museum across the street...classless. No protection on your purchase when it breaks a month after, definitely would not purchase a an expensive purse from here not worth the risk.
They use be good until they started selling used preowned bags at full retail price...very disappointed in their lack of integrity
