My absolute favorite clothing and accessory store! The quality is amazing, the products are A+, and the store is beautiful! The staff is also very kind and helpful. I'd go back every day of my life if I could! I recommend the adorable Skipper Printed Popover in Multi rainbow Soleil. It is comfy, cute, and will get a lot of use!

Such helpful and friendly staff! It was our first time there, and the ladies, particularly Katie, was so helpful! She ran all over the store helping us find items while also making meaningful suggestions! She, as well as another very lovely woman, made great suggestions to us for places to visit in the city also! It was truly a wonderful experience, and I definitely plan on going back!

Amazing service from the staff there today. Took in two bathing suits, which I’d ordered online and had shipped to Bermuda, to try and exchange for another size whilst I was visiting NY. They unfortunately didn’t have the size I was looking for but went out of their way to try and find it. When doing a refund they realized I’d paid through PayPal and so couldn’t refund my credit card in store but offered to send the swimsuits back to head office who would then process my credit. Imagine my surprise when I saw the credit come through before I even got back to my hotel room!! Well done ladies!!

The staff here are awesome. Super friendly and very giving of their time to ensure you get what you want. The best part? I didn't even set foot inside the store - I achieved everything I needed to over the phone, paid and had my items couriered to me double time. This is shopping as it should be and they didn't miss a beat even at this busiest time of year in he days running up to Christmas. Massive high five, LP & staff!

All we can say is WOW. When visiting from Vancouver, Canada, my mom and sister and I were SO looking forward to visiting the Lilly boutique. The staff went completely ABOVE and beyond ALL service expectations. The women were absolutely lovely and so incredibly helpful. From getting us size recommendations to having our shopping couriered to our hotel so we didn't have to carry the bags all day. They also love the clothing and are passionate about the beautiful things they sell. We walked away with 3 or 4 pieces each and feeling like we had made some NYC friends. Thank you to the women of Lilly Pulitzer Madison. We CANNOT wait to visit again!!!!

Beautiful store and one of the few Lilly boutiques I've seen with a kids and mens section. Plus they always have some sale items. And it's dog friendly

Went with my girlfriend for some dresses. Staff was accommodating, large selection for store size. Dressing rooms and restrooms available. Moderate to high prices which is expected for luxury clothing.

Terrible service. I was wearing a Lilly dress when I came in the store, but the staff looked my mom and I up and down, and never greeted us. They never even said hi, but they greeted everyone else in the store.

Always helpful service. Generally attractive, if not overly vibrant, clothes suitable for vacation and resort wear. Limited use for City wear but fun and affordable.
