Fake! I was buying crocodile louboutins from them ,price was 900 ,while retail is around 6000,it was too good to be true but I thought store has reputation and they won't ruin it for 900. I was wrong . When I took them to loubs store and they told me it's fakeeven the leather I came to the second chance they took for "authentication " ,it's took 4 month and nothing was happened,after that I pick them up . Money waist !

I wish I could give zero stars. I never give reviews for anything, but I felt this was necessary. The customer service was so unbelievably horrible. I was about to purchase a bag, but then after speaking with the owners daughter, Alexa, I quickly changed my mind because I don't want to support a company that treats potential customers so poorly. Rude, obnoxious, and condescending. I put the handbag down and left after the rudeness that I experienced. They should really consider treating customers better, or just close the shop all together. I WILL NOT BE BACK. If you're considering buying a bag from them, I would highly recommend passing to save yourself the trouble.

I am only giving two stars because they do have a decent selection of Chanel. Their attitudes are insanely rude - I saw a bag I wanted but because they had such an attitude I didn't buy it. I would have been spending $4k not 4 cents they could have been nicer - 3 of us walked out due to their attitudes.

Very small place mostly devoted to handbags and costume jewelry, LOTS of Chanel. Not on my secondhand hit list, I feel like all the boring 2.55s and reissues are priced $500 too high, the selection is too small. I'm a white chick who walked in with a Cartier bag, big diamond studs and $1200 Tom ford glasses and was still uncomfortably hovered over by the security guard, so I'm not sure that's a race thing. I remember the first time I visited this place it was chock full of 70s pucci and missoni, I really thought it was the temple, so they've either changed their focus or it varies.

I bought a lovely LV that is as good as new! They have a nie collection. The shopkeeper was very nice, helpful and responsive to all my inquiries, as was the security man. I am definitely going back.

The redhead the owner attitude is so nasty !! I went there trying to sell a couple of shirt and she gave responses with a sarcastic viole. Also because I am African American I swear i am followed around even though I had a chanel bag on my shoulder . They things were decently priced . It's a pretty place but customer service is awful !! They have used speedys for 500-600z

Nice selection but I was expecting more vintage rare pieces. It's really designer resale of contemporary stuff which I like to buy new. I only buy "used" when it comes to exquisite rare vintage pieces of clothing and handbags. It's worth browsing.

My review is for the store on Lexington Ave and 77th Street only. Those two women at this store are down right RACIST!!! I'm latin, and i guess that's why they thought i couldn't shop at their store…I was never treated this rude in my life!!! Their lost i had the money to make my purchase...

Worst experience ever, made an appointment to sell some Louis Vuitton accessories, they never said anything about giving me a check until I got there and I couldn’t even cash it the same day! Then the bank charges me to cash their check the next day. I will never go back there again!!

Horrible customer service. Sales assistants look down on you as if their eyes were on the top of their heads. Clothing selection is old and a majority look outdated.
