Very pleasant experience at the store,very attentive sale person.

Came to the store today Thursday at 5:37 pm. I was told in a rude way that the store is closed today at 5 pm even so online it says open until 7 pm. Why would you put different store hours online? This is so disrespectful and misleading!

I like this store. I have always had a good experience. Other locations have been more helpful in suggesting merchandise that would look good on me. The sales people are nice and assist only when asked. They have new merchandise regularly.

Great service and great prices. Love the customer service with every worker in this establishment. Great training!

Poor customer service! I truly believe the staff at this location discriminates who they greet and offer help to based on the color of your skin. I hope management takes note of this appalling behavior.

Terrible customer service. As I was shopping, this lady continued to take things from me as if she thought I was going to steal. She watched my every move as soon as I entered the door.

I’m 17 and they never greet me when I come because I feel like they assume I don’t have money to buy anything :/
