Just called looking for a shoe and spoke with a representative named Nicole. She was super patient, informative, and helpful. I wasn’t able to get what I wanted just because of inventory availability and the time frame I have. Either way I am still pleased with my experience

Quick in and out pickup of items you chose online. If you go on a Saturday morning, you can usually park somewhere along the block and if you choose also visit an outdoor dining brunch spot.

Upon arrival there were masks and a hand sanitizer station available. My experience was great! The two associates at this location were welcoming. They both made sure that I knew what this local offers its clients. Will be coming back!

Service sucks. Lady there had a attitude when my order was wrong. Was unbelievable!

Even through the pandemic, I can still find my favorite designers in stock.

Back open after the covid shut down and they have really great safety process in place. Sanitization, protective gear, spacing markers. Staff is super helpful and efficient and genuinely happy to come back.
