Awesome services! Staffs are informed and patient. I especially like their after sale service. I worked with them in 2010 for my engagement ring and wedding band, and I came back in 2015 for resizing my rings. I like they cleaned my rings and resized them at no charger.

Resized my watch here. While they were moderately friendly further inspection after the job showed dings and scratches on the band. Also the pins don't seem to be inserted correctly after the resizing. I don't think they really know what they're doing. My recommendation is to look elsewhere for watch repair.
