The 2 gentleman who assisted me were polite and very helpful. My mother recommended that I go there and I'm glad I did! The prices are reasonable and the work they do is excellent. I bought a previously owned ring and when I picked it up it looked brand new. They sized it, soldered, replaced a missing diamond and refinished it. It is absolutely gorgeous! 10 stars in my book! A large jewelry store quoted me over 100$ more for the same service and I would have my ring back in 2 to 3 weeks. I dropped my ring off at 10am and picked it up at 2pm. I won't go anywhere else from now on.

Excellent fast service. I went on to have my watch battery changed and they went above and beyond by cleaning my wife's wedding band for free and discovered that three stones were loose! Their simple act of kindness saved us thousands. Highly recommend the trip in.

We had to have links taken out of a watch. I walked in and told them what we needed and they immediately took care of us and we were done within 5 minutes. What a great experience! I just love this place!

Went to have the battery replaced in my watch. Service was quick and reasonable priced even with a five year warranty. Plus the warranty is good at any of their locations. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to get their watch fixed up.

Just had our wedding rings inspected, fixed, and cleaned. Excellent customer service at a reasonable price. They did a fantastic job...looks like the day we bought them 25 years ago . Will recommend to everyone!
