Nice, decent, car wash. At the end of your carwash, there’s a gentleman wiping and toweling down your car. Free vacuum. Their vacuums are powerful. Secure your belongings before operating the vacuums. Excellent customer service. Decent prices.

I have to admit I read the reviews, and a few of them had me skeptical. However, they did a pretty good job. Four stars instead of five, because I had to remove some of the excessive armor all inside and use my glass cleaner for my monitor screen to remove the armor all . Also no vending machine or television for customers who decide to wait on their vehicle.

I read the reviews but decided to give them a try anyway because the Groupon for a full detail was a good price. Don’t be like me. Don’t get me wrong, the car was clean ish. Someone definitely worked on it, and it was better than what I could’ve gotten it to myself. Seats were pretty okay. However, it’s not a detail. Dust, debris, pet hair leftover in obvious places like the console and front vents. Plus, was quoted 1-3 hours, but when I dropped off which involved wandering around looking for someone to talk to they said 2-4 hrs. 4 hr mark hit and I called, no answer. Just went to go see, and they said 5-10 mins left for my mats, which were still wet but they said no worries, it’ll air dry. My advice— don’t get seduced by the Groupon or cheap prices. You’re definitely getting what you’re paying for. Kind of.

PLEASE STAY AWAY On 8/27 I came to this place to have my truck washed and vacuumed so I selected the full service option and that day it was at $39.99 which is a bargain! Well, I handed my truck to the guy by the full service sign, I think his name is Denis or Daniel, all good I Pay and proceed to the benches up front to wait for my truck. For my surprise, my truck wasn’t washed, just sprayed with water... interiors weren’t wiped, no vacuum under the floor mats and to add up to my nightmare, nobody took care of my vehicle while on the tunnel, so it finished there and ROLLED OUT OF THE TÚNNEL ITSELF, crashing into a stop sign and getting stuck into a landscaping rock if not, the story would’ve even be worse with the truck getting into the road or running over someone. 2 weeks after they haven’t been able to provide any insurance information, and don’t have any proof of insurance available for customers to see all they say is... someone will contact you. I don’t recommend this place, because of the lack of professionalism and attention to detail.

Just as Beck Brown said, they won't take accountability for the damage they do to you vehicle. The manager to me it wasn't possible for something like this to happen. What the manager didn't know is that my car was brand new at the time. They never fixed my low profile rim.

This place is a complete joke. I heard about them by buying a Groupon to have my car cleaned. I scheduled, showed up and the doors were unlocked but no one in sight. I waited for 20 minutes and no one showed, so I left. The guy somehow saw me driving away, so he called to reschedule. Then they had to call me back to tell me they weren’t going to be open the day they scheduled me for. I rescheduled again. I took time off work for the third time, showed up and they said I wasn’t on the schedule and they couldn’t fit me in. I rescheduled yet again, was assured management would be there this time. Took time off work AGAIN, showed up and no one was working for 15 minutes past their opening time. Long story short, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. It’s not worth saving money on the Groupon. Your car will never be cleaned.

WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!! NEW TO THE AREA... ONLY HAD MY CAR A WEEK!!!!! NEEDED A WASH.... GOT A DAMAGED RIM!!!!! $130 TO REPAIR $340 TO REPLACE DIDN'T EVEN REFUND THE $20 CARWASH COST!!!!! I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD COVER THE EXPENSE AND MAKE IT RIGHT!!!!! THEN FOR 2 WEEKS I WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND.... NO ONE HAS DONE ANYTHING TO RECTIFY THIS ISSUE. BEWARE!!!!! BEWARE!!!!! BEWARE!!!!! WORST CARWASH IN THE COLUMBUS AREA IRRESPONSIBLE. POOR BUSINESS ETHICS. UNPROFESSIONAL. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I am very impressed with the high quality job they did on my mom's car today. Mom's boyfriend completely trashed her car with bits of dried leaves and leaf dust everywhere along with honey stains from transporting bee hives. I had never seen such a filthy car. There were scratches on both the interior and exterior surfaces and they were able to buff those out. Now the car has never looked better! I wholeheartedly recommend Fast N Clean Sinclair detailing to anybody who wants their car looking great! They are excellent!!

I always come here just for a wash. But on Friday the 2/24/23. I payed $32 for full service you don't even get a tire shine. And they didn't even clean under the mats. Or wipe down the interior doors. Something is always wrong with there credit card machine it didn't print receipts. Or they can only take cash. Don't even bother getting a full service you will be disappointed!!!!

Not many full service car washes in the Columbus area. Fast N’ Clean did a good job washing the exterior; and vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning windows in the interior. The only minus was they don’t wash the car mats.
