The quality of the work was outstanding, and the service was exceptional once they finally got the right person on the job. Initially when I dropped my sign boards off I was told that I would be contacted within the week, a month later and three people later Julie finally got the mess sorted out and got my signs done. As a business owner I understand that personnel issues can be troubling for any business, but they should not have caused over a month delay on my project. I will say that Julie was fantastic and is a valuable resource for your company, one that you should recognize and take care of. I do plan to use FASTSIGNS again in the very near future as I am having my company vehicle logos and business information updated.

Very stressful, disappointing experience. Anything but fast. We are re-branding and need about $20k worth of sign work, vehicles, buildings, etc so we decided on FastSigns based on their prices and professional appearance. Started with some test signs on one building, couple office doors and monument sign. The fun started when they said they needed it paid 100% up front before starting any work and oh...the quote didn't include installation which increased the estimate substantially. Their reason for charging 100% up front was because they've had other customers screw them in the past. Not sure how that was my fault or my problem but decided to go ahead anyway. Their so called graphics person screwed up multiple proofs even with us providing exact photographic mock ups they were rearranging colors, words, etc. We paid a corporate branding expert many thousands to come up with this stuff. The sign company should not change anything. Drove me nuts because each time they threatened to charge for additional proofs even when it was their fault. Furthermore is was several days wasted in between each proof. Apparently they send the work out to the franchise. After many weeks we struggled through getting just some door signs done and were about to move on to the monument signs. Again they changed the colors and rearranged the layout. Said they could not get it to fit. So we gave them exact scale vector files and a proportioned mock up. After forcing us to provide graphics, they answered with a red lettered waiver of all responsibility for any screw-ups if they use our graphics. We canceled all future work with them A stressful but fruitful test and they fail. I guess they are good with promotional trinkets, banners and real estate yard signs but they're not equipped beyond that. They have a screw the customer first mentality. Push their responsibility back onto the customer. What the hell is this world coming too! They signed all their emails "have a blessed day". I would feel very blessed if they could have just done the one simple thing ...Signs!

I am disappointed in the level of service that was shown from this business. I placed an order for a window sign for my vehicle 8 days before my appointment was scheduled to have the sign installed. This is the second time I have had a window sign made by this company. The first time I had to come back 3 different times for one reason or another only one of the two signs I ordered was ready, the measurements for the sign was wrong, they ran out of the perforated film that they use to make the sign, this time I went in to get my sign installed and the girl I gave the order to initially said that the order was sent to the sales rep and the sales rep did not put the order in. She said she had called the sales rep two times to see if it had been entered, but got busy and forgot to check after that. I don't know if this was true or if she just forgot to enter the order. Personally the person who I give the order to is responsible, but she made up a bunch of excuses, none of which were her fault. She tried to get several other outside companies to take care of the job, since they could not get to it that day, non of which could handle the job with such short notice. One company said they could do it but then called back and said their printer was spattering paint, so they would not be able to handle it. Part of the reason this location could not do the job is because they did not have enough of the film, once again, to handle my job. You would think that they would keep a large enough supply of the materials they use on hand to handle emergencies. I don't know why they could not ask the other Fast Signs that was going to do the job but couldn't because of printer problems to send over enough film for them to complete the job. I do not like to work with companies that only make excuses and don't step up to the plate when they make a mistake. I don't think I will be using this location or the one in Norfolk, which are both owned by the same person again. All the other franchises are owned by different people, so maybe I will try one of those out. I hope they are not all like this one.

I sent art work for 2 signs last week and explained that there was a rush. I didn't get any response back. Nothing!! I used Signs by Tomorrow. They were great!

Staff was great to work with, the artwork looks awesome and installation was super easy!

Completion time was unbelievable--just a couple of days from submission of my idea. Sign was even better than expected. PERFECTION!
