Norfolk store. Horrible experience, they won't use your personal image and charge you if they have to get an image. If they use their own image and it's not to your liking they will charge you additional $10 for every revision after the first two. We decided to keep over priced business cards but cancelled the vehicle decal. Michelle who is the boss I guess is not customer oriented and will charge you if you cancel due to not liking their design. They have 4 locations and STAY AWAY from all locations.

We have had 5 of our fleet trucks wrapped here and are continuing to get the fleet completed one by one. Staff is easy to deal with and finished product is great. Would definitely recommend

Tried to use them twice. First time brought an image file to the Kempsville store, they didn't seem interested in helping, suggested I go to the other location. Apparently they don't print anything there, it's just a drop-off location or something. Staff wasn't helpful or knowledgeable. Second time I needed a small job, submitted a request via the email link on their site...bad address. Re-submitted via web form and got a response 3 days later. Quote price was more than double what I would expect to pay elsewhere. They may do awesome work but are just too expensive and hard to deal with.

We have been doing business with DeSigns for several years now and are always pleased and amazed at the creativity and customer service. Michelle and Giles are GREAT!!!!!!!!

All began and ended well, and my final products magnetic car signs and a yard sign are spectacular. Unfortunately, some procedural rudeness and lack of cooperation with the art supervisor Michelle prevents a 5-star rating.

Love working with these guys. They do great work. Outstanding customer service.
