Unprofessional and two employees couldn’t figure out how to do color prints from the computer. They we’re too busy gossiping about customers and laughing, instead of doing their job.
So... all I can really say about my experience here is wow. The female running the place, ALL ALONE might I add, never made me feel as if she wasn't attentive enough. Typing this after a 20-25 minute wait, I can still say that she held her own while the lady in the pink started to get nasty and Im not even mad about it. She made sure to keep everyone assisted as much as possible while maintaining exemplary customer service and remaining as speedy as possible, with a smile.
Always quick, accurate and professional in all shipments. Highly recommended.
I normally take my Amazon returns to Kohls, however this is closer to my house and I decided to try it. The kid behind the counter did not give me a receipt and normally my returns are processed by the next day. It's been 3 days and I haven't even received an email saying Amazon has gotten my return back. I'm a bit concerned that it may never make it but Amazon is making me wait 2 weeks. Fingers crossed I guess, I'll definitely never go back here for an Amazon return. *Edit* After 2 weeks they finally received my refund. As for tracking nothing was updated and I had to contact Amazon to get an update. Seems it was on their end, bumping up my stars because it was pretty simple there, just not sure why I didn't get a receipt.
Cannot believe how incredibly cheerful and efficient she is!!! The woman working the store is simultaneously handling 4 customers, fast and efficiently.... And greeting newcomers with a smile. She's creating such a positive vibes that customers are helping each other and smiling. I'm so impressed that a I'd hire her for my business if I lived here, and b I'm not leaving the store till I get this review finished!!!
By far the worse UPS store for customer service. I wanted to know the cost to ship a violin. The assistant gave me prices that included their boxing and mine. The insurance coverage I misunderstood and when I wanted to increase the coverage, she had an attitude. When I was given the new total after a credit for the original shipping charges, and asked for he complete new shipping charges, she said “I don’t know what you don’t understand.” I then said cancel this order, I will go elsewhere. I then said I hope that you are not the manager, which she replied she was! Well I then told her that was unfortunate as she has no customer service skills. Now I wait around for 30 minutes because she does not know how to credit me for the violin shipping service and the owner doesn’t reply quickly when his manager calls asking for assistance.
We had a terrible experience in there today. The manager was extremely rude and belittled the employee working at the time. The other employee was taking her time trying to get customers out and the manager called her out saying that if she the manager had to deal with one more customer for drop off shipping she was going to freak out. She must have been having a bad day stating that she hated coming in and "babysitting" her employees right in front of a room of customers. She was rude to us when I wanted to change the return address on the boxes we were sending stating it would come back to the store anyway. It was extremely unprofessional to act that way in front of customers and it left us feeling like we had done something wrong by just walking in and being customers. We will not be going back to this location!
I visit this location a few times a week. The staff is always courteous, efficient and kind. Sometimes I have to wait, other times I don't. The parking lot is the worst but the staff and services they provide are excellent.
Unprofessional. The young lady told me the shipping speed was estimated two days regardless of the type of shipement I got, and advised I get the regular Ground. So I did. 11 days later and my package has been sitting at the same location it was at on day 2. When I came in again since no one would return my call the same girl was there, and told me it would get there when it gets there. I would have paid more to have my package actually shipped and now I feel it is lost forever.
I have used this location several times. They have always been quick and friendly. Thank you for your great service!
