Outstanding service with incredible attention to detail. Very excited about the work Sam's Louisville Fastsigns Team did on our mobile food kitchen. They even brought an issue to us that needed immediate attention and we were grateful for that. We'll continue to use FastSigns for all of our signage needs.

The owner of this Fast Signs, Sam Cilone, is the can-do man of signs. He has produced scores of signs for me over the past 12 years: interior and exterior signs, lighted and unlighted ones, and directories--from the highest quality and complexity, to simple, yet stand-out, vinyl signs. He has contributed some very good ideas, and done some very creative work for me. He has never never turned down a challenging sign-project. I am a perfectionist right, Sam? :o/ , and I'm happy to say that he and his team have never disappointed me.

Jessica was an absolute pleasure to work with. I needed magnetic signs for my truck and she was able to use my company logo and assist me me in the final design. She also made sure the sign was the right size. I was very pleased with the signs when they were finished and the price was very fair. I highly recommend them.

The employees are friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Helped me get what I wanted and did a great job with the font to make our sign stand out. They also explained the different choices in product that are available. The response time to questions by email were very quick which was a real help with our organization.

Jessica Mutter was extremely helpful and courteous to intercede with the issues I incurred with my order. I ordered 100 signs 50 for each branch and only got one proof. I could not get in touch with Taylor, apparently he is new to your locations and still learning. My only suggestion is that I am 63 years old and when I came to pickup my signs - it would have been nice to have someone help me with the numerous loads I had to put in my car. I could not park next to your blue door - so walking back and forth across the parking lot was not fun and it was hot. If these two matters had not occurred I would have been very happy. Please tell Jessica thank you for all she did.

We were thrilled with the excellent work and service delivered by the FASTSIGNS team. The sign looks better than we expected and we were very happy with the professional installation. We will definitely use FASTSIGNS for all our future sign needs!!

The folks at FASTSIGNS on Fern Valley Road really came through for me in a big way. I needed some aluminum signs printed on both sides with a fairly short turn-around time. They got the job done! Very helpful in selecting a great design, sending proofs and follow-through. A great job all the way around.

Great customer service and they were quick to get my sign made. Guess that's why they have the name "FASTSIGNS." The lady I dealt with was very knowledgable and helpful with choosing the right material for my sign. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
