FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Staff is very rude and impolite, FedEx should really train their employees how to be polite and behave with manners to customers, especially a old man with mustache at plainview FedEx. I went for a print just at 8pm, still they closed doors on my face saying come tomorrow morning. Really unacceptable behavior. Can be told politely

I had my business cards printed here and 3/4 of the order were cut crooked. I asked if they could redo them and they rudely told me no. I asked to talk to the manager about it and he refused to come out and discuss it. He just hid in his glass walled office where I could see him. Absolutely ridiculous. I found another Printer.

Lady with glasses and short hair very rude. Came in to drop off 2 FedEx express packages that were already labeled, she told me to put them in the box by the door and told me she couldn't provide me a receipt. This has never happened before at the other locations we have used, so we will not return to this store for our business needs.

Friendly staff and they were able to quickly sort my package issue that was not been able to be traced by Customer service

Posted on their website that they closed early at 6p.m. Got there a few minutes after 5. Sign on door says they closing early at 5. So you know they do what they want, F` those of us who have work to do.

Love the convenience of 24h, Me and my dad had an emergency to send a family member some documents and went in and out in 10 min. The service was amazing, love the guy who helped us, such a sweetheart. I would totally recommend this FedEx to anyone.

The staff is always professional. A busy store, however they do their best to accommodate. Thank you for remaining open throughout the pandemic!
