I come here strictly for pickups and I've always been completely satisfied with the fast and friendly service.. I firmly believe that most of the complaints probably come from spoiled East-End debutantes who feel that they're entitled to no- wait lines or something

Threre's NO excuse for not answering the phone. I've NEVER had anyone pick up. So there service is actuall ZERO stars.

They have lost every single package i have shipped.

Went to ship an item through priority mail on July 28. They assured me it would arrive by the weekend but it is over 7 days later and it still has not even been sent. Extremely frustrating, next time don't promise an arrival if you cannot deliver on this. UPS will have my business in the future.

The line moved quickly and the teller was courteous
