2 cones for 2 scoops $18 Total amount for you get it’s worth it. Although They have limited flavors. Overall Jeni’s ice cream has more creamier texture and better cones.
I hate to be too mean, but the milkshakes me and my wife were the worst we've ever had. We had the blueberry and strawberry flavors, they both tasted like sugar water and had a similar consistency. For $15+tip I was kind of hoping for some better milkshakes. I would have had better milkshakes going to Whataburger which is not a high bar. The website also had completely different options and flavors than the store, perhaps these were for the other store? The inside was nice and clean, and the staff wasn't unfriendly. Will not be back.
Jason is very kind, funny and patient. It was my first time and never heard of this business. They were open late as I was craving ice cream after an event. The flavors were interesting. So I went ahead with his suggestions and they were on point. I forgot which ones I had, but one was with beer and the other with rum. They were delicious on a waffle. Definitely going back
Got the Nutella cheesecake ice cream and it wasn’t that great, cute little ice cream shop though
Cute unique and fun little parlor. Somethings we got were amazing like the sorbet adult push pops, others were worth trying but might not try again. There are so many great options and the team is friendly.
Ice cream was great; customer service was not. I cannot be certain why the group of people I was with received such bad service unlike the other customers there tonight, but I will probably not return because of it. When we arrived, there were 7 customers in the shop. The line was to the door, so we waited outside. Once 3 left, 3 of my friends tried to walk in. The "Manager" came from around their barrier to tell them they need to wait outside as they can only have 6 people in the shop at one time. There was no sign on the door stating this. We all waited and only went in when a customer left. Checkout process wasn't great at all. The only chocolate flavor they have is alcoholic so when trying to determine what my child, who was waiting outside with my husband, wanted instead, we were rudely told by a worker to close the door as it is letting in the humidity. Once done ordering, one of the friends with me was told by a worker to wait outside for the item they ordered; he was the only one asked to do this. Worst part is, as we sat and ate our ice cream outside, there was consistently 7-9 customers in the shop at one time and not one of them was asked to wait outside. Seems as though we were singled out. There are 9 people pictured in the photo... 9... not 6.
Small nice store. The owner is really sweet and friendly. She offered us to try as many flavors as we wanted. I chose hot chocolate flavor but it was quite sweet for me. $3.85 for a scoop and each additional one is $1.60. If you want a cone, it’s $1.50 extra. Store is quite small but they do have outside seats.
Always a good experience here. They have a set of flavors they keep year round but they have rotating flavors that also include soft serve as well. I've been here more than a few times and every single person I've brought with me has agreed, they have the best tasting unique flavors around. I'll make special trips to the heights just to come here, it's that good.
One of the best ice cream shops in Houston, they have limited number of flavors but they are all really good. No shenanigans just plain old ice cream.. cup or cone and that’s it. Specially love their vanilla and coffee flavors.
Fat Cat Creamery is a boutique ice cream shop on 19th and North Shepherd serving small batch ice cream and shakes. Their ice cream is incredibly well done - rich, smooth and creamy. I went two kinds of a vanilla and a coffee and cream all of which had unique twists on the classics. Be aware seating outdoors is limited.
