High quality, and allergen friendly. I got the Viet Coffee, which was delicious, and my mom got some kind of coffee drink with oat milk. They were fast, courteous, and everything was super fresh.

They listen well with order, and pretty decent with getting order out quickly. Very nice employees and got the order correctly. I definitely will be coming back to this

I first stopped by The Roastery while doing a bit of shopping at HEB. I ordered a their doughnut drink and was not disappointed. To my surprise the doughnuts are made homemade right in front of you! If you are in this part of town and need your caffeine fix, stop by and ask for Lynn.

Cafe food and the atmosphere at this location is great. Looking forward to returning with my friends. The bill was decent for the quality. I can see why they have a lot of positive reviews.

Located inside the HEB on the 2nd floor. They had plenty of milk substitutes and coffee options than just your standard latte or cappuccino. They also serve food and desserts. The donut drink seems to be the most popular
