Faulkner Medical Laboratories

Overall I give them a 5 star. No they are not perfect or have the ultimate CS skills but they have been coming to my mom for several years now. I am most grateful that we have a service like this. Everyone that has been here has been very nice. Once in awhile you get a "bad egg". Mom has only had maybe one or two and the lab promised to never send them again and hasn't . Mom doesn't walk at all and has to get her blood drawn sometimes several times a month. It would be impossible to do outside the home unless she took an ambulance which is extremely costly and It's not easy with a wheelchair in the rain and snow (I have RA and am her only caregiver). So Thank you Falkner labs for being there!!!!

My mom has had home services for several years. I can't say enough about the wonderful phlebotomist who comes every month. He is wonderful.

I have had Faulkner labs come out to draw my moms blood for 2 years now, they have been inconsistent with their times, however for the most part they have been tolerable... that is until today. The phlebotomist had scheduled to come out to our home between 8:30 and 9:00 am, she aparently came earlier and instead of coming to the front door and ringing the bell she went to side door and rang the bell, which is broken, and she of course wouldnt know that so no fault of hers, however she left a message saying she was outside then she left. When we called her back she was unable to return to us. Here is the real problem. I called the office to see if we could have someone come out later on today or tomorrow since my mom is on coumadin and it is imperative that she have her blood drawn, the young man who answered was extremely rude... calling me rude. Stating that perhaps the phlebotimist may have personal issues going on today and I shouldnt only be thinking about my mother. Im sorry, did I miss the customer service part of this phone call???? When I asked for his name he refused to give it to me and repeatedly called me rude. So... as for customer service they get a big fat zero!!!!! He also told me I could go to another lab!!! real nice!!
