This company has the worst customer service over the phone I've ever seen in my life. I needed to cancel the appointment for my wife at the Quincy location. First, there is NO WAY to reach a live person at this location when you call. There is simply no such option. Every option in the menu is serviced by a dumb robot. It was asking for a confirmation number which we didn't receive, so I simply couldn't go on! I lost a lot of time going through all these menus and still couldn't find a way to speak to somebody. This is really unheard of and it's the most customer UNfriendly company I've ever dealt with, so I won't recommend them to anyone. It is very irritating to be talking to a robot anyway, but when there's no way to contact a live person and explain what I need, I don't call it customer service at all. I found a way to get transferred to the national call center, but guess what? They work until 1pm!!!!!! That's the shortest working day probably, and these people are getting paid for this! Long story short, now I can't cancel my appointment and there's nobody at this company who could help me IN THE MIDDLE OF A WORKING DAY!!! If you want to know how NOT TO organize your customer service phone system, call them now. Or call them if you're a robot, you will find a very friendly society of your colleagues there.

Worst service and staff don’t have enough knowledge on insurance. No one will respond on call.

I didn't have any of the issues some of the other reviewers described. It's a fairly standard lab.
