I found my stylist and a great salon! All the staff are helpful and friendly. They make you feel like family from the first visit! Jenna is phenomenal and has been super diligent not to mention talented! with getting to know my hair. She does excellent color, cut and blowouts! You're the best Jenna!

Krissy Moore has been cutting my hair for about 4 years now, and I always leave feeling like I got the best haircut I could have! She is warm and fun to talk to, and the time just flys! She also, gave me a tutorial on how to make my hair look nicely styled by myself at home.The salon has a warm and inviting atmosphere with lots of different brands of good hair products.

A wonderful, welcoming, clean, talented shop!  I impulsively drove to this shop on a very low day and Shandin at the front desk was smiley, warm, respectful, and accommodating.  I was assigned to Emma who was smiley and loving at the same time, as if she understood exactly how I felt before we'd even exchanged words.  After a few words, I started crying, and she said most of all I needed a hug and gave me one, asking my permission first.  She was just what I needed!  Emma really zeroed in on what my hair needed as far as cut and color.  They were the same things I'd been thinking about but hadn't voiced to her.  She was very talented with both and I am extremely happy with the whole experience.  The shop is calm, relaxing, and very up-to-date.  I am so happy I found this oasis.  I will be back soon!

I’ve been to this salon twice and each time was an amazing experience. I found my go-to hairstylist this last time and everyone who works here is so super sweet and personable. The receptionist remembered things we talked about almost 6 months prior and I was pleasantly surprised! Awesome staff and super homey environment. Love it here!!

I've been a client for several years and sent them a couple of referrals also. Yesterday I scheduled a bang trim appointment with Sarah. I was given two options for appointment time, 5.15 PM or 5.30 PM. I took the 5.15 PM. I was still waiting at 5.40 PM, so 25 minute wait. At no point did my stylist come out to apologize for the delay, or let me know when she'll actually be ready. I left, and this is where the customer services would get  zero stars if I could give it that -- I did not receive a call to apologize for the 25-min. wait, or schedule an appointment the stylist would actually show up for. Is this really how you treat your loyal customers? FIY, this salon is not the only game in town, I will not return, and I will let anyone who asks me about it know what customer service they can expect. Super disappointed.

I was a walk in appt today and landed in Jenna’s chair. Thank god because she made me feel comfortable and helped me create a game plan for my hair. Today was the first time that I rebooked with my stylist for a future appt and actually looking forward to it. Thank you Jenna.

Faye Judson and her team of stylists are truly the best, the most attentive, and are the most meticulous. I'm from Dallas, and I always try to time my haircuts when I am visiting Oregon. They are that good.
