Fayette Health and Rehabilitation Center

The place wasn't clean,room was dimly lit,when to nurses station stood there about 5min.before anyone acknowledge me,in with 4people at the dest,Queen was in charged she got but to hug a coworker that she hadn't seen in awhile ,they chatted for about 5mins,she came back and say down ,then I ask to speak to Queen".yes"may I have some paper so that my daughter can sign after I write a statement that you're to call me on her release or emergency I left some numbers on her stand,but I will bring back notarized copies.The printer didn't have paper so I waited 5more mind.for Queen to get paper.I wanted Queen to know that I would be back and bring notarized copies. No one called and said that my daughter was released now I don't know where she is.

My mother is currently there for physical therapy treatment. My mom had to wait for hours for someone to bring her a cold cup of water. I've been trying to get in touch with my mother as I'm typing this review. I've been calling this center since 7:57 pm today!!!! I've called the front desk over 5 times requesting someone to go to my mother's room to inform her that's I'm trying to contact her. They place me on hold and said they will transfer me to the nurse station. It's 10:21 pm and I am still on hold!!!! The phone is still ringing!!!! I've been on this phone for over 30 minutes. Someone is just picking up the phone!!! If you have a loved one at this place, please make sure they have a phone with them!!!

In my professional experience, this facility has provided great care!

Why do we have to give this place any stars? It's the worst place I have even seen. Staff don't care wabout you or what's going on. No mess for days and my loved one has many broken bones that are healing.

This place is an absolute joke! I went to pick up my deceased mother’s things, that they gave me the run around about for 2 days, and most of her things are missing! My mother complained that her room mate was stealing her things, and the staff did absolutely nothing! My mother passed away in this place, and I was not notified! I had homicide detectives come to my home 11 days AFTER she died, saying that there was no next of kin on her paperwork! Complete bull! I will be in touch with my lawyer and every news station in town for gross negligence and will most definitely be launching a full investigation on this place!

My wife is there because she has Huntingtons. This place has drugs being sold on location and many of the residents who stay there are afraid to say anything. Since my wife has been their 2 people have died from heroin overdose. When you walk into the lobby and enter where the patients stay your nose is hit in the face with the smell of dried piss. The nerses on this location has got to be some of the worst I have ever came in contact with. The rooms where the patients stay are filthy. Here the patients are left to take care of themselves. My wife needs some help when she has her cycle and instead of staff helping her some lady down the hallway was giving her a hand. When you call and ask the social workers for help they talk to you as if your love one should be glad they are getting any help at all.

The therapy department is great every staff member that I encountered starting with the administrator whether it be a GNA, nurse a housekeeper or the wonderful people at the desk that greet you have been literally fantastic I showed them the utmost of respect and I was given the utmost of respect in return so far as the patients go I had absolutely not one problem everyone was pleasant and showed me the up most of manners and so far as the food service department is concerned they cater to my dietary needs and if I needed anything they were there for me!!! To sum things up I believe that Fayette Health Care and Rehabilitation Center is a excellent facility and I highly recommend that you do try it if you need Rehabilitation!

Place just can't get it right. If they are on top of one thing they ignore another. For every employee that is kind and helpful, there's two that just barely care. Currently been with a patient waiting 2 hours for some Tylenol.

Mr. Milton what you saw that all that's commenting about this place. I don't know where you were but this is not the same place that we are talking about like the one was saying they are selling drugs in there the place smell like piss. Like the brother said I wouldn't let yip yip my stay there. They need to close this rehabilitation center. Then you gave them 5 WOW!!!!!!. MY FAMILY MEMBER IS F_ _ KING THERE THE PLACE STINKS FOR REAL.
