everything started off good. They sent someone to my home to meet me personally and talk about about the car accident and what would be our next step. This was last year in August. Phillip is my case manager who said (back at the end of March) that he was sending the paper work to the other insurance company and we would get our first offer in the next week... we’ll its now about to be the end of may. His phone goes straight to Voicemail. He does not returned mine or my husbands text messages. I called the law firm today and asked to speak to someone and charge and was told she couldn’t transfer me, that she wasn’t allowed. Well I have no idea who to speak to or who to ask were we are in our case. Pleasw save yourself the time and don’t bother with them VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

There honestly is no team I'd trust more than Fears Nachawati. Specifically Bryce and Toni who were by my side every step of the way when I was in a car accident with my best friend. A driver ran his red light and I can't tell you how grateful I am for Bryce and Toni. We were both hundreds of miles away from home, and as college kids in Dallas, TX at the time we didn't know what to do. Luckily we were pointed in the direction of Fears Nachawati and we were given some of the most helpful, patient and trustworthy lawyers to help us fight against one of the toughest insurances out there to get our affairs in order. I can't tell you how thankful I was to have them in my corner in one of the scariest times of my life. They not only did Bryce and Toni keep me up to date they supported me through court.
