FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

If you only need to make copies or print something, the self-service options here are fine. But god help you if you need the actually ship anything. Staff disappear for 20 minutes at a time leaving lines of customers with no idea what's going on.

I visited this store at about 9am on 3- 24-18. While using the printer, I had a question about printing from a usb drive. In a polite manner, I gestured to the support person behind the counter that I needed help. Beside me stood a Caucasian guy, who told the Afro American support person who approached us that I was their before he was, and that she should be waiting on me first. The gentleman was totally correct. The young lady then looked at me and then looked at him and to my surpirise, she completely ignored his gesture and she continued to wait on him. The support person made me feel very degraded because the color of my skin. I am not a regular customer at this store but I do demand my due dignity and respect. Hopefully such demeaning behavior is not reflective of the nature of your company as a whole and I feel that I am entitled to an apology from this company for her behavior. Please respond.

Alexander is so helpful! I had multiple packages to ship of different sizes, destinations, and a few that were fragile. He made sure everything was properly and safely wrapped and addressed correctly. Will definitely go back when I need to do some shipping.
