I ran into a bit of a snag with my graphic designer but Rashad, the store manager, went above and beyond to help me fix the issue and make sure my banner was printed properly. He showed good old fashion great customer service! Visit this store for all your printing needs!

Great service.  I use them for shipping and larger printing projects.   Always helpful and efficient.  The store is well stocked and organized for last minute supplies.

Terrible customer service at this location. All employees, every time I go in are very unprofessional, not willing to help, bad attitude. No one greasy or even looked up when you come in the door they act as if you’re bothering them when you start to speak to them about what you need

Horrible wait times, staff not attentive or helpful. Slothful.

I received great service from Daphne today. She helped me with lamination and cutting. The equipment was foreign to me, it was good to have her there to help walk me through the process. Thank you for your good customer service.

Kinkos gave up you guys! Just the worst service and customer service you could possibly imagine. Just go buy a printer and do it yourself.
