The staff was polite but don’t show up without a pre-printed shipping label. They have no printing services and cannot scan the shipping label from your phone to send a package. Very disappointing in a digital age that these services are not available, even for a fee.
Don’t show up here around opening time, they never open on time for some reason, 3rd time in the last 2 years using this location, 3rd time I’m stuck waiting well past opening time to drop my stuff off.
I’m here to pick up a package they didn’t really try to deliver and it’s not actually open during their hours. Zero stars.
They are open on Saturdays. This was a pleasant surprise. The man that helped me was very nice.
I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. They made 3 failed attempts to deliver a package I had to sign for. They kept taking it to the wrong address even after I called and told them it was going to the wrong place and they still kept doing it! Will now have to drive over an hour to pick it up from the facility.
