I’ve been stopping here since we bought our house a few blocks away 8 years ago. I’ve done shipping, returns, and printing. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, helpful, and gracious. Even during busy hours, or busy times of the year. They are ALWAYS professional, and usually with an added dose of kindness. I don’t know how they built such a wonderful team, but every person here is lovely. I’ve never had anything less than *excellent* customer service. I won’t go anywhere else!
Generally speaking, they have a very poor attitude, as if they are annoyed that you are bothering them. Go somewhere else if you can. If you have multiple Amazon packages to return, make sure you get a receipt for every item. Twice I had packages that never made it through the process and therefore I was out over $50. The first time he insisted I didn't need a printed receipt and I thought he had scanned the four packages. One never made it, but I had no proof. The second time, there were several items and I didn't notice one was missing on the receipt. Both times I called and he insisted it would be resolved when the giant box of returns gets to Amazon. Both time, my returns went into a black hole. Also, I always include a copy of the return info with each package, so somewhere they should have been able to get it processed.
This store is close to my office so in a pinch I’ll go, I always regret it. They always charge $1 for tape, which I think is ridiculous plus the store closer to my home doesn’t. Last week I went in and they were telling a woman it would be $4 for tape, I carry mine in with me now and interjected offering my tape. Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t the young man’s fault, this is their policy and he wants to keep his job, and he actually helped us tape it with my tape, but wow now it’s up to $4? Think how many more people you might attract and get to come into your store and actually charge for packages if you didn’t charge these incidental fees on top of what they are willing to pay. As I was leaving, a man asked the charge to scan and email a page, the sales associate asked someone and she paused and said $2 a page. Seriously, it’s like 50 cants at FedEx? I can’t with this place, I wanted to show the guy the scan feature on the IPhone but thought better of it and left.
The fact they promote themselves as a print center, but charge $4 for one paper that’s black & white is absolutely ridiculous. They are always grumpy, unhelpful & the pricing is absurd. I needed to print a ups label & it was still $4. I also went in before to have a few signs printed, the worker couldn’t get them to size down correctly, was upset with me about it & then still charged me. I couldn’t even use what was printed because it was unreadable. I paid over $10 for things I couldn’t use because she “ didn’t know how to print things from the email & resize.” That’s okay, I understand, but I should not have been charged & they should not promote themselves as a printing center. Terrible customer service & product.
Amazing customer service! Jacob W. and team went out of their way to help me package two large bean bags I was returning. Their calm demeanor and kindness was greatly appreciated!
12.31.22: Called the store and said they were open until 3pm, which is also time time listed on Google. I arrived at 210p and the door is locked. I called the store, then realized the employee is in the parking lot smoking a cigarette. He saw me try to open the door, walked past my car and went inside and locked the door behind him. He even looked back at me and said we're closed then went to the back to hide. This is not customer service.
They took care of my package very well. Good service and using them again today cause flying back to Florida.
As far as UPS stores go it's fine. But it's the service that has me giving this one such a high rating. The last 4 visits have given me friendly, knowledgable, and quick service. Three of those visits were during the holiday season. Even when I thought it was going to be a difficult transaction. They joke with me, and my questions efficiently. Thanks to the staff for making something that could be a nightmare be pleasant.
Absolutely DO NOT go to this UPS. I literally just left there 10 minutes ago in tears. There was 1 worker, a long line which I waited in for 10 mins and when it was my turn he argued with me, did not help nor try to help me and embarrassed me in front of others while I was holding my 1 year old daughter. Apparently belittling women is his thing. Absolutely unbelievable.
Quick, helpful and very nice people each time I go in to return or ship items!
