Ordered a week worth of fresh food from Blue Apron.. failed to deliver and left my boxes uncheck with no updates, cause my food to rot and damaged more than $150 worth of my stuff and no where to file a complain; nice work FedEx, would give 0 star if I could.
Super friendly staff, quick in and out drop off and close to airport for express delivery needs. Easy to get to.
For over 2 yrs and in 2 different states I have sat on my porch watching delivery drivers from FedEx deliver my packages to other addresses. This is the worst delivery company out there. And this time I watched the driver drive past my house and then was notified my package was delivered. And guess what NOT TO MY HOUSE! And I get an email saying it was lost in transit. I am starting to see a scam pattern. 2 times specifically with expensive electronics. And I can't count how many times with other packages! Train your drivers right or close your business. Because I have witnesses watching the FedEx driver drive by today and witnesses on all the other times of on purpose delivering to different addresses.
Every box in the last three months were damaged including the replacements. I have video of this driver in Worthing tossing my boxes. My neighbor even seen him and he was disgusted. Nothing was done
The people were friendly and I didn't wait in line for long but the boxes are super overpriced. Would always reccomend packaging yourself.
The worst service. Unwilling to deliver package while I could be home even if I paid more. I had the shipper contact them to let me adjust times and FedEx wouldn't allow it. Every single person i talked to gave me a different answer for every question. I had to drive over an hour to pick up my packages at my convenience and I waited over an hour because the driver wasn't at the location when she was supposed to be.
It was great, got in and out very quickly. The only thing about the ship centers is that they typically won't help you pack, but I guess that's what the pack & ship places are for. That being said, the lady helping me was very nice, complimented my packing, and even gave me tape. It's probably because she's from Spokane. Would ship again!
Waiting for my package today, watched the driver pull up to my house, wait a minute, then drove off marking my package as failed to deliver. Very unhappy with the driver, as well as customer service telling me that nobody has contact with the driver, so they can't tell him to deliver it until tomorrow at least.
Customer service rep who called me regarding a package which was not delivered while another package was delivered on the same day at the same time - and I was home ALL DAY told me that I had missed the delivery and there were absolutely no drivers at all left in the building to deliver it and there was nothing she could do about it. I asked to speak to the manager to whom she transferred me without any answer or voicemail. I called the 800 number who was able to get in touch with the facility and wouldn't you know, they DID have Drivers who could deliver it within a couple hours. I told the manager about her lying customer service rep and asked if she could tell the drivers about these things we have called "doorbells" and if they could use it when they deliver here. Really people - you are paid to ring doorbells - takes less time than writing the door tag; and customer service - you are paid to help fix the problem, not lie about the situation or tell people it's their own problem.
If it was possible to give NO stars I would! I have had so many shipments coming from FedEx and I have had the same issue over and over! They leave a note on your door without even knocking or ringing a door bell. I'm not sure why they do this, all it does is add to their work the next day, but it has been an ongoing issue for a very long time! I watched out my front window one day as the driver got out of the truck WITH NO BOX IN HIS HANDS, walked to my front door, stuck a note on the door and went back to the truck. I quickly ran to the door and yelled at him...."hey...can I have my package please?" He then came back and delivered it. I told him might go better in the future if you knock. Today it happened again, however, this time I was not watching for the truck so now they wont come back until tomorrow. WORST SERVICE EVER! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT!
