I was incredibly disappointed, I have received packages from FedEx to my address on more than one occasion but this time they really dropped the ball. I placed an order from Chewy on April 9th and it is now April 19th, the package arrived in Memphis with no issues and was set to be delivered the day I was told it would be. Then I got a notification saying my address was incorrect so thinking I'd somehow messed it up I checked only to find my address was in fact correct. I called FedEx customer support and they were very helpful but even after opening a ticket with the Memphis location, giving detailed instructions on how to get to my address, and giving the drivers my contact information in case they had trouble, my package still has not arrived. I received a refund from Chewy and had the package sent back but I cannot understand what went wrong when I've never had a problem in the past. Our address is a little tricky to find but after over a week of giving them anything I could offer just to get back my package I am just exhausted.
Customer service was very hard to understand. They give you a case ticket and say thay will call you back and that never happens. How do you lose a box that is 55x8x12 in and 40lbs. I feel that they lie to you when they say overnight. I understand weather delays but to outright lose a package this size. Memphis hub seems to be poorly managed. To bad I had to give them one star.
It has been over 12 days & I still don't have my PRIORITY package! Was that it, headed in the wrong direction AGAIN?? Why does #UPS and #DHL not have all the issues your company seems to have? Also, lack of customer service. I sent #FedEx an email over 6 days and still waiting for a reply. Seems #FedEx doesn’t care. #FedEx #badservice #careless
My shipment was stolen from this location. They DID NOT TELL ANYONE that my package was STOLEN but instead said it was DAMAGED even though it was STOLEN. YALL ARE RAGGEDY in Memphis. Got a whole job and you’re out here stealing stuff. You deserve whatever comes your way. And FedEx as a company is HORRIBLE. Why it took me calling to see why my package had been pending for 5 days and telling me it’s a customs issue when it’s a your employees are opening peoples mail and stealing what they want issue. This situation sucks all around and FedEx as a company suck.
FedEx customer service and support is absolutely appalling, completely arrogant and disrespectful to their customers. I required documents to be delivered and they have been stuck in Memphis for two weeks with no explanation of why there is such a massive delay. I have phoned several times and I am repeatedly lied to by service agents who will do just about anything to get you off the line. I will never use this service again and I would highly recommend using just about any other service. It is pathetic that this is their level of service in the current day and age. Avoid using them at all costs.
They have lost my merchandise in their own facilities in Memphis TN. My tracking number is 954647894987. They dont assume any responsability, and they dont answer to my calls and mails. There is no security that your packaging will reach your destinations. Be careful!
I've never been here, but if I had I would probably be lost there with all the shipments that I never seem to get! You guys are terrible! I notice you don't use the slogan "When it absolutely, positively has to be there overnight!" as there is a 1 in 10 chance that it actually might! 0 stars guys!!!
Worst experience ever with Fedex my package tracking number has been in Memphis for over 2 weeks now meanwhile I paid for overnight shipment. Each time I call they say it’s weather conditions. Honey it stopped snowing over a week ago! I know my package is lost, just say that!!
I ordered a set of kettlebells off amazon. The seller chose FedEx to ship. It was in Memphis on September 11, and was supposed to be delivered the following Monday. I waited a week before contacting them and opening a claim. I was told regularly by the claims department that the package was getting scanned every day.This statement was after I specifically asked if my package had been “borrowed” , lost or stolen. I get notices every day saying my package is out for delivery and then by 4 pm the same day I get a notification that my package is being delayed until the next day. I had a feeling the entire time it was stolen from FedEx. Yesterday I was told there was an order on my package to deliver today. It wasn’t. It was delayed until Monday, again. I called again and was told my package is lost and has been lost since the 18th of September. And that it has not been getting scanned, an employee was inputting a code daily. I will never use FedEx again. They allow their employees to steal and cover it up to keep customers.
International shipping with FedEx is actually so ridiculously bad. My parents tried to ship me a package from outside the US and there was an issue with documentation for one of the items in the package. FedEx tried to contact me apparently only once, I missed the call and whoever was dealing with it decided to ship it all the way back to sender outside the US. I have the app and I’ve been checking for updates every day, but I wouldn’t have known that it was getting returned to the sender if I hadn’t called customer service 3 times first 2 times I didn’t even get to speak to a human from customer service and I had to look it up online to figure out how to get in touch with a live person. This has been so frustrating, this package was supposed to be delivered a whole week ago, and the updates on the app are EXTREMELY vague so I wouldn’t have known it wasn’t even getting delivered to me unless I called like I did. This is so disappointing and I hope that my parents are refunded especially since international shipping is so expensive. Good thing I didn’t need what they were shipping urgently, otherwise I would have been totally screwed.
