The customer service was unbelievable. I barely got through the door before a lady who was as assisting another customer began telling me how I couldn't use a certain slip, because I didn’t have an account, not knowing that I did have an account. Not why she made that assumption, I’m disgusted and now see why the reviews for this locations are so low. The place is filthy, nasty, and no supplies. Doesn’t look like, smell like, or feel Fedex. I’m flabbergasted.
Customer service is the worst. Lies about providing tracking updates, slow response, and a sub par virtual assistant on top of that. Would never recommend UPS to anyone receiving consumer packages in Memphis
A pickup was to be today. The driver left the label in my door, rang my door bell and ran. I was home. The only reason he ran was because he didn't want to do any lifting of the heater that was being returned. He’s seen on my doorbell camera dashing away. Needless to say ups says I'll have to pay a small fee if they have to come back. No right for me to have to pay. Please contact me.
I had a package that said delivered at 12:47pm Tuesday 12-12-23 with a Google picture of my house. I called the customer service number after several attempts I finally was able to talk to someone & she said she would find the driver & get them to contact me. After 8 tonight one of my neighbors brought me my package. I went back in to check tracking & it said it was delivered at 7:16pm and the proof of delivery was a blank screen. Delivery drivers have to do better! What gets me is the driver didn't even delivery the package at 1st!
I have never met a group of more incompetent people in my life. Paid for overnight shipping, had the packages dropped off personally. I received a receipt printed from them showing that it was hours before the cutoff time and the package was never shipped. Finally got in touch with someone who directed me to another department. Since then I have spoken to 5 different people who were probably some of the dumbest, least informed employees I have interacted with ever. One lady just hung up the phone because I told her tracking and she didn't know that it could start with "U" at the start when you fill out their paper forms. I can't even understand how people can literally be that stupid. Good luck to anyone who ships from there!
Absolutely the worst service ever!!! Don’t come here, it will waste your number. Go to another location. They have no idea what they’re doing
I went to Barry's locations and no one can accept the package for shipping. Since covid everything is so messed up. I just like to be able to go to a location in Memphis or Mississippi where I can turn in packages to be shipped.
I have noticed when I have 1 certain driver none of my packages gets delivered. It is put off til the next day when the regular driver is delivering. This driver drove by my house twice today and never even slowed down. I got the message that my package was undeliverable before he even entered my neighborhood. I am currently waiting on a call back from the distribution center. The time block for my delivery was between 12 and 2. Then pushed back to 12 to 4. Got the undeliverable message 12:59. Get your drivers to actually do their job.
I am satisfied with their service because they will ring my doorbell and they do give details of where my orders are. Plus they have good customer service.
Still Tracking package since 11/20/23. UPS at the carrier location in Memphis, TN has me very upset. First of all my package was sitting there since 11/20/23 without notifying me Next, I came the Friday after Thanksgiving after customer service tod me the package was there. The office was closed. I went back to the carrier office the following Monday and the old man said my package was just put on the truck. Now I am still waiting and it's 12/4/23.
