You will not find another store in the entire Galleria Mall that has better customer service. They're in a class of their own. You really get what you pay for in quality and customer experience. The store mangers are world class as well. If you see a line it's there for a reason. They are the best.
I got the ring as a birthday present. The ring I gave in January became as attached in February. I wrote on chat to discuss this and they said I have to go to the store. I went to the store with the product, they fill out the complaint form and I will get an answer within 2-3 weeks. It's May, still no resolution : Who will believe that Houston Fendi is not selling counterfeit products?
Great service. I was just passing by but got myself a purse which looked really good in person. It is my first Fendi purchase. I love the personalized assistance and the time spent by the SA to show me different options. I love my purse, i got free champagne and my SA never fails to keep in touch with me for updates. Update: i came back today just strolling around and had great service from Joye. She allowed me to touch and try the exotic pieces w/o hesitation. Also offered me water. Ty so much. I will be coming back.
I recently purchased a pair of shoes for my boyfriend and Julia helped me. She was exceptionally nice and knowledgeable on the product. We ended up having to return them and order a new size because they were too big for him and Julia made the process super easy. She was so helpful especially considering it was a low ticket item in comparison to most of the things in that store.
I’ve been in multiple times this month and every time has been fantastic! The staff is super friendly and personable plus they give you their business card with their contact information if you have any questions or want to know about placing personal orders through the store which when buying a 5k+ bag you probably don’t want to do online and trust ups to deliver it to your door safely. Ordering through the store is a much more secure option. There is sometimes a wait to get in the store but I’ve never waited longer than 10 minutes during the week and then quickly greeted with smiling faces. Highly recommend!
Just an all around awful experience. Took almost an hour to get inside store with 2 customers. No communication with customers outside in terms of wait time. It gets better...after FINALLY getting in there we place an order for an item. We're told we should get it delivered in 2 weeks. A month later our order is cancelled! I've been treated better at grocery and 99 cent stores.
Julia knows great customer service and shopping with her has always been the best luxury retail experience ever. Love Fendi and love their sale reps’ warm and welcoming treatment even more.
After standing in line to get into the store and man walks up to be in line with the person in front of me I explained to them as Fendi is only allowing people in as a customer leaves that the line was behind me the man states that he was not going to go into the store and stepped the side. However when it was time for the man to enter the store he asked if his friend could enter with him...im explain to the security officer that he was behind me, the sales rep then allow both to enter the store. I FENDI does not value everyone equally and no longer have worry about my money being spent with them.
Very welcoming & knowledgeable. Great staff. I purchased the Maya Nero in the double F print & the shoes didn’t come w/ a duster, I called the store & they apologized, took my name & I was able to stop by & pick up my duster for my shoes.
So here's the thing I was visiting from out of town and made a couple of purchases. Get home and typical me changed my mind not ONCE but TWICE! Kenneth was so accommodating and went above and beyond to help me. This is RARE when shopping "High End" stores. Kenneth is a GEM and has a customer for Life! Now let me go be Fendi Fabulous!
