Horrible experience at this JCrew! The lady Diane was unacceptably rude! I do not recommend this location by any means! JCrew needs to reexamine who they hire at their locations! It’s very unfortunate to have someone with no respect working for them!
The staff at J. Crew in the Galleria are always incredibly helpful and make useful recommendations. They really do their best to make the shopping experience easier for you!
