I went to this Ted Baker store in Houston Texas. It was so cool. I want to say thank you to 2 of their staff members. Mimi is one and LJ I believe his last name is Beckford. Mimi was sweet and extremely informative. LJ Beckford was totally skilled in styling as well as helping me feel comfortable with trusting my selections. I work in the trade industry where I wear mostly Dickies and Carhart type of clothing even to social events so to actually Become fashion conscious right there on the spot it was an honor. My clothing reminded me that I want to continue to pursue excellence . I want to recognize these people so I hope the maximum will acknowledge them for their professionalism and care as well as their inspiration.
There was a blonde woman at the front that was not personable at all. My mom and I walked in, my moms smiled and said hello. The woman looked at us, didn’t speak, and I don’t think she even smiled, unless I missed it. My mom looked around for like 5 mins and I asked her not to purchase anything because the sales associated didn’t seem like they wanted her business. We left.
Helpful sales associates that go above and beyond. Especially Mame Faye who helped us to set aside a dress as a special gift and was very detailed with making sure everything was perfect!
Was there on 1/1 doing some heavy shopping and walked into TB with loads of bags. I was approached by what could only be described as an angel, by the name of Natasha. She immediately offered to take the bags off my hands and put them away so I could shop freely. Her tone the entire time was so warm and her level of service was superior. She started my fitting room and took care of not only myself but so many other clients that day, that upon exit, she was quite literally be showered in compliments/thank yous/appreciation. Bravo to the entire team but SUPER shout out to Natasha for being amazing that day.
I'm holding a little trepidation about my last experience with Ted Baker as a whole. First they sent me the wrong shirt that I ordered off their website. Then when i go into the store, only a few days after I received it, the store clerk says it's been 14 days since you have received the item. So i can't return it. I'm positive she was looking at the order date and not the the date I received the item in the mail. Then she checks to see if the shirt I ordered is still available, of course it is not. So I was able to get my money back. But I went through a lot of hassle to not get the the shirt I originally ordered.
Change of management. Horrible! Alejandro horrible incompetent management! Doesn’t know the rule of the company! Has to consult with another manager. Ted Baker, please hire quality workers. Everyone in the store unpleasant! Your clothing is great but staffing needs a make over! # NomoreTed baker Houston
I returned an item via the Smart Post label provided by the online agent. Lo & behold my package has yet to reach their warehouse. An agent confirmed it was picked up by their courier; however it’s still in the courier’s possession. This is incredibly poor customer service! I hv a $200+ refund due & they don’t seem to care that it’s been over a month. When I last spoke to an agent, she agreed to look into and call me back- I’m still waiting. I will never order anything else online from this company!
I love this brand so much. It is my favorite. I love their dresses and I like the fact that they are abviously Ted Bakers. I mean you could tell from their floral designs. Their purses are lovely too. The only downfall is that they are expensive. I also like that they are seasonal and they have new designs and new floral patterns every season. They have cute shoes too. I was so excited when they opened in the Galleria. I used to order online before but now I can buy directly from the store. They have amazing coats too but again, they are expensive.
Love Ted baker products! But this store have the worst manager and sales personnel! Not sure why such a good brand hire mediocre people who have no idea what they are doing and how to treat customers! Horrible management! That needs to change! Alejandro is not manager material
