Great experience! Haven’t stepped in a Fossil store in forever. Foley hope I spelled your banner correctly and James were awesome! Foley went above and beyond to help me find a replacement band for my watch. On top of that, he even installed the new band for me! Watch is looking as good as new very happy with my experience at the Fossil store. Was in an out in less than 5 minutes. Thank you both

I went thr for getting mine along with my wife's watch strap adjustment. Staff is really very polite, courteous and helpful. He fixed both the watches within 10 mins flat and even re adjusted my strap as it was bit loose earlier. Overall good place to buy men's along with women's watches, jewellery, rings, watches and bags along with other miscellaneous accessories. Staff:5/5 Ambience:4.5/5

I just left the Fossil store and Scout was absolutely amazing! From her professionalism to her knowledge about the products.What a fun experience. Fossil definitely has a outstanding employee on their hands!!! Keep up the great work Scout :

Came in for a return and Cooper and Angelica were awesome. I was talking to them and forgot my credit card in the machine at the store. Within minutes of leaving Cooper shot me an email to let me know and I was able to grab my card. I’ll be back to make my purchases here!

The customer service here was exception. I had an issue with my watch for the past 6 months and they took care of it immediately. I am very pleased with the competent staff and product quality.

I had gotten my husband a fossil bag for his birthday which was recently and we went to go get my husband’s bag embossed yesterday. There were 2 females there and the one who said she could emboss our bag was slightly younger. Not only did she not test it out first before embossing but she messed it up by putting the name backwards and then said she could “fix” it by putting a color to cover it which only ended up making it look worse. She THEN tested on the test leather. She then told us she had messed up the bag and we could have a free bag. The manager then instead of embossing the bag herself gave it back to the younger female who just messed up the bag. She then proceeded to ruin the second bag and instead of letting us know she proceeded to act like she didn’t see us and then started working on a different client’s item. The manager also did not come up to us to give us an update. At this point we had been there a little more than an hour for something that should have taken a few minutes. The manager first told us we would have to wait for the new bag but then called around and told us we could drive to memorial city mall to get a replacement bag for damages. It was already after 6pm and apparently would close by 8pm. So we decided to go, before we left we asked if we would have to take the damage bag with us and the manger told us no. So we got to memorial city mall a little after 7pm and were able to get the bag. The associate asked us if we had the bag and I explained the situation to her and thankfully she was able to call and tell them to ship the bag to their location. All this to say I am deeply disappointed in the unprofessional attitude we received, the disrespect of our time, and the lack of communication.

James was excellent with helping us address a smartwatch issue and ordering an item online to ship directly to us. We're so happy with our Fossil watches, we left feeling like we got a great deal, and his customer service was top notch. We'll definitely be coming back more in the future. Thanks so much!

I brought my watch in to have the battery replaced, and the manager, James, knew exactly what was going on inside, how to best handle my experience with the brand and explained my options succinctly. Little did I know, there was a loose gear inside that rattled audibly when he shook it! I was elated to discover that the issue was covered by warranty and told him briefly what I needed in a new model. He immediately recommended the watch that I ultimately decided to take home, but patiently walked me through other face and band combinations until I realized that he had nailed it with the first one he pointed out. This individual has a knack for service and it is his insight and demeanor that will bring me back to Fossil, where I am certain to receive superior service and find value that will stand the test of time!

I accompanied my wife to this Fossil Store in the Galleria area for the first time between 12:20 PM to 1:00 PM this afternoon to have her Fossil watch battery changed. We usually go to the First Colony Mall, Sugarland, TX but since were already in the Galleria area, we opted to try this store. It took us time to search for the location of the store as even the Security Guard was pointing to us on the wrong floor area. Finally, we found it after about 20 mins just to be rudely informed by one of the sales attendant that she cannot change the battery of the watch right away and that my wife had to come back after 2 hrs. Her reason was: she has to attend to the other customers. My wife was a customer too and there were only 2 other supposed customers trying to do window shopping maybe. The 3rd customer was already attended to by the other lady Attendant. I just wanted to bring this matter to the attention of the management of the store concerned and I am giving that store a very POOR Customer Service Survey especially its Mother's day today May 8.
