ALDO Accessories

I love this store. Everytime i step inside this store i end up buying something i don't need. The store is always clean and organized when i go there. A girl name Alexis helped me. She is so sweet and a really good seller i think she'd do really well in luxury sales. She really made me feel like she was my best friend it could've been because we have the same name so we connected on a different level but idk i ended up getting the red purse that looks like an lv speedy bag and some jewelry.

Love the store, hate the staff!!! I came in looking for a specific bag since I have an important party coming up. I tried to get some help from their employees but they were all too busy on their phones, completely unprofessional. Instead I had to struggle on my own and eventually left from the lack service this store provided me! I will not be coming back. I suggest if they want to keep their doors open & customers happy then they should really stay off their phones and pay attention to their customers!!!!

Wow EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. I can’t fathom the amount of rudeness. I returned shoes the next day after buying. I had tried them on and anyone could tell I tried it on. I told them so when I returned it, but they claimed they can’t take it back because it looked “worn.” Okay, I can talk about that, but damn, you don’t need to say it SO loudly that other customers turned around to see what the issue was. You could politely explain it to me, and I’d understand the policy. Her body language was off and her voice was beyond rude. I’ll never ever go back to this store, and I’d discourage anyone from expecting much from Aldo people. Aldo, PLEASE train your staff. It’s absolutely horrible and what a disgrace.

Got2 pair of shoes from here they both feel apart within 1 month. Very dissatisfied with the quality of the shoes that they sell. If your looking for nice shoes i would suggest that you not purchase aldo ones. Clothes and other items look nice, but my thing is shoes and i was disappointed with mine

I love this store! Such a great selection of handbags and accessories to choose from. Always current with what is on trend. LOVE IT!
