I bought a Versace belt from this store in the Houston galleria and I paid $565 for it.. and 2yrs later I was taking it off and the leather came off around the belt hole and I saw the leather in the middle is like shredded leather.. it is cheaply made and not a solid piece of leather.. their belts are poor quality for the price. I have a Versace couch and other products that I have never had any issues with. But after this I will never buy another Versace product ever again. I will buy Gucci next time because of this. Don't waste your money here with their over priced trash !! Don't do it !! Let everyone know and share this.
I am a new customer of Versace... I went to buy amazing shoes and ended up buying a beautiful handbag as well. Customer service is great, especially with the help of Mr. Carlos Gomez
I found some good items that I purchased from the store more options online. Customer service was excellent.
I was disappointed that I bought a product as a gift. When the gift was open, it was missing a peace. Made me look as it was used prior.
Great quality & timeless designs. Love the whole team here. Especially Alex, he goes above & beyond. Helped me numerous times find out of stock items. Makes me look my best.
Went in to check the store out since I went to all the other designer stores in the galleria and I don’t own anything from Versace. I took a few pics of a few bags I thought were cute. Went back the next day and the SA Gustavo remembered me. He informed me the bag i looked at they had it in another color which wasn’t on display yet. I ended up purchasing the La Medusa in lavender & my sister got it in green. Shopping experience was amazing I informed Gustavo I will be ordering from him again!
In town for the weekend... needed to exchange a pair of men’s slides. Excellent service from Asia with this issue. She was both friendly and helpful. I do think the staff should wear something to make them stand out. I found the males to be unfriendly and not helpful.
I just tried calling this store three times in a row. The first time they pick up the phone and hung up immediately. The second time they took forever to pick up then just stayed silent when they finally answered while I kept saying hello. Third time no answer. What kind of childish employees do you have working at this so called ‘luxury’ store?
I went to the Versace store since their online inventory is different from their store's. To put it politely I had to ask for a manager who came to rescue since the belt I needed was marked down as the sales person indicated. He, Antonio, got my phone #, apparently he called 5 different stores and notified me that he found one in a larger size I needed. I had bought 2 white and gold shoes/sneakers which I needed the belt for. As per their protocol, he had the belt shipped to his store and notified me to come in to buy it. I really really appreciate Antonio. This is what customer service is all about. Not being a CLERK, ringing people up. While he was closing the sale the sales agent who did not want to help me previously with a marked down item made an uncalled comment, didn't want her to get my wind, ignored! So one star I removed. I do give Antonio FIVE STARS for making it happen! Professional, friendly, & helpful! That is what Gianni Versace would wanted. He made his empire on being professional and kind!! Thank you!
The experience was not what I would expect. Went in to buy a hat and it took 30 mins to buy. The bag is so cheap, literally a ULINE bag with a versace sticker. The system to ring up a person takes about 5 mims alone. They have to go in the back office for every sale at least 2 times. It was not a good experience and Versace is my brand. Time to find one that dont give me a ULINE bag after I spent $350 for a hat. UPDATE: The hat sun faded after a week........
