horrible customer service, charged me 14.99$ for shorts that were on sale for 9$, and the cashier didn’t want to respect the sale. workers in the fitting rooms were also very rude. not coming here again. employees and management need to improve.
Spent 100s of dollars here and when I asked to split items in 2 bags, I was said Soory we don't give extra bags. FOREVER21 LOST A CUSTOMER FOREVER.
