Was there tonight to find a cute clutch. Even though it was 30 minutes before closing they had the sweetest customer service and seemed so happy to see me. Loved it.

Came here twice to get my mom a cute purse for her birthday back in September and I came here again to get a wallet to match the crossbody purse I received as a gift. And in all honesty, my experience was a bliss. Thank you and I will be returning here soon.

What happened to Kate Spade products? Their products look cheap. Poor color choices, i.e., gold dress with lavender boots. Yes, lavender. Brown and lavender dress with ruffles. I think the designer must have been having a flashback from some 1970 acid trip. Sorry, Kate.

This store is absolutely beautiful. The staff was so nice and helped me on what I needed. I got a cute flamingo ring and the in full bloom fragrance gift set.

Ummmmm can I move in & sleep here?? I love EVERYTHING about KS except when the Galleria location doesn't answer their telephone!

Great staff, and merchandise. I was able to place an item on hold stop by to pay and pick it up. Also 2 months ago i stopped by to purchase a purse that can fit my ipad pro 10.5 and a staff member was pulling out purses to assist me, i walked out with a beautiful sky blue large sam.

My order was correct and customer service was prompt and helpful
