My recent stay at Fenway Triangle was fantastic. The apartments are modern and have amazing views. The building is clean and well maintained. Every staff member is so friendly and helpful, making my stay so welcoming. It’s in a perfect location with so much to do in walking distance. I would definitely recommend Triangle to anyone looking to rent in Boston.
We rented an apartment at Fenway triangle for 3 years. It was a great experience! All the staff, management, concierge, maintenance crew were always courteous and attentive. Always ready to help, making our experience an unforgettable one. The location can't be beat!!
Fenway triangle is a great place to live, I work near the area and everything is so close and convenient. I love the concierge team. Whenever the concierge manager is in the lobby Max he always smile and welcome my family home.
Rented an apartment from Fenway Triangle, Great location in the heart of Boston, walk to Fenway park , lots of shopping and restaurants. The staff were incredible, always helpful and kind you can tell that they really care about their tenants. the place is very clean and has lots of extras. I would recommend renting at this facility
They are very rude and can’t even schedule an appointment properly. When I called them to arrange an in-person viewing, they asked me many questions and I spent 40 minutes answering them all. My in-person viewing was confirmed and the manager asked me to bring an ID when I arrive at the place. However, later I received an email from their leasing agent Ky-L Etienne stating that my appointment is virtual and asking me to answer the same questions I was asked earlier via email. I called their main number again and they confirmed that the appointment is in person and gave me the on-site phone number I could call when I arrived. But when I called their agent insisted that my appointment was virtual and started asking the same questions again. He should have apologized for their mistake, but instead he told me he did not care what his other colleagues told me, he only knew that in his system, my appointment was virtual. And he insisted that I have to provide once again the same information I already provided earlier, spending 40 minutes. I was very interested in renting one of their apartments, but their attitude and treatment of their prospective tenants led me to look somewhere else. 0/5 for Fenway Triangle’s leasing office and Ky-L Etienne in particular.
After living here at Fenway Triangle for two years now, my first impressions on the building and location hasn't wavered- all around fantastic! However, I've also grown to appreciate our incredible concierge staff! As a team they really make this community feel like home. They supported me with a painless move in, and have continued to happily offer assistance in receiving packages, creating room reservations, and giving friendly greetings when I come and go. Each staff member actively creates professional yet genuine relationships with residents. I appreciate their well wishes every morning on my way to work, and how they ask how my day was when I return home. They've followed through good and bad times and have always continued to create a safe and positive community for me to call home! Concierge staff, you are the BEST!!!
I've been living at Fenway Triangle for 2 years and love the building! Staff are so nice and the building and amenities are clean and well kept. For the very few times I've needed maintenance work, assistance has always been prompt and well done. Building staff also had a great response to COVID and kept us all safe while minimizing spread.
We have been living here for about 9 months now and couldn’t be happier! Every staff member, whether it’s a rental manager or a maintenance employee, have been extremely kind and helpful and gone above and beyond to help with anything we need. Our unit is on the first residential floor technically floor 2 which made me nervous moving in, but the natural light is still plentiful and not an issue at all. Rent/maintenance requests/parking/lounge reservations can all be done online in a super easy to navigate portal. The building will even provide free beers/snacks from local vendors from time to time. The neighborhood is also spectacular! We hope to stay for many years to come.
I’ve been living here since March 2020. They were good but now it’s totally different. I don’t know why they’re always angry. In 2020 the 201 Brookline was noisy every day, then I moved from 180 to 1365, but I still have to live with the noise and last year the building can even shake during the construction. Someone living on the 7th floor is using marijuana. Many reports from the residents, but they just never figure it out. And there’s someone knock my door at night, and many times I’m pretty sure that I’ve locked the door, but when I come back it’s unlocked. The payment system is messed up. We paid the security deposit two times but where is the money? The payment system on the website does not work ever since May 2021. I have to wire transfer my money but sometimes even tho I send the confirmation screenshot of my payment, they still told me that they’re waiting for the payment. Also, I’ve received many times about OVERSIZED PACKAGE and said they are going to send back to the sender. But it’s just because too many packages in the mailroom, and there may be just 1 or 2 of my normal packages delivered yesterday night! It happened two times this year. The best way to never receive your group email about sending back my package is moving to somewhere else:
We rented a furnished apartment in Fenway Triangle Samuels & Assoc. for 6-weeks while our daughter recovered from surgery. The leasing manager Isaiah P. was professional & most helpful. He made the leasing process effortless, ensured our move-in went smoothly, and addressed our every need promptly & effectively. The concierge staff in the building was exceptionally courteous, cheerfully greeting us daily & always opening doors as we entered & exited the lobby. Our apartment was clean, brightly sunlit, and adequately furnished, helping make our stay comfortable. The building is conveniently located, with Star Market, Target, CVS and numerous restaurants within walking distance. We highly recommend Fenway Triangle and would rent an apartment there again if the need arises in the future.
